All I can say is stay a way from this print shop. Terrible experience, I paid them to print 3 outdoor signs plus installation, First, The print quality was so bad, Colors did not match the original design (Clearly printed on low settings) and their installer damaged the signs during installation, He even left the screws exposed, I reached back to their manager Jim Henderson to correct the issue, First he blamed the sun light for the color change, Then he blamed the original design and when I proved him wrong he started to become rude and used foul language, Now he starts lying and claiming that we chose a lower price option even though we paid him what he asked for including payment for installation service. No reputable print shop accepts to deliver or even offer this kind of cheap quality to their customers. This company will screw your project and will not refund your money and they will turn their back on you as soon as they find out that you are not satisfied. Be aware! read more

Really impressed. Called to inquire about getting a custom sign made, was shocked at how affordable. Trevor had me send him the design I wanted via email with dimensions. He sent me a proof within an hour. My sign was done 3 hours later and looked perfect. 3 foot metal sign for $25 and made the best gift! He even gave me an additional print out because there was a small error made on the first print. Something I would've never noticed. Wonderful customer service. read more

We needed two new directional signs for our community. My Property manager has used All Star Sign Shop previously with positive results so I asked them to quote us for sign replacements. I never had to go to the store or even leave my desk... I was able to show him a picture of the signs we had, draw out what changes I wanted and describe to him the materials and post we needed. Within a couple of days the signs were completed and installed. I wasn't happy with the installation and wanted both signs further down into the ground, so they came back out, and readjusted both signs to get them exactly where we needed them to be... they both now look great :-) The price was very reasonable, the service was quick and efficient and they were easy to work with... I can't ask for more than that and would recommend them to anyone needing sign work done :-) read more
