The store will not take ANY responsibility, and said too bad, the 30 day warranty is final, even though this is due to a half assed repair job before we even bought it. The repair guy said there's no way they didn't know this. It will cost us hundreds to repair this freezer, plus we lost the food in it. Repaired just good enough to last through a 30 day warranty. This store is a dishonest business. Do not take a chance of wasting your money because they will not stand behind their products or "repairs".

The plumber just left to the tune of ~$100 and showed us the cut-off that was there all along. We had him go ahead and disconnect our old range so that the space would be ready for the new one. Just called and they can't come back until June 11th!! GAH!!! We have a gas range that is now totally unfunctional and a brand new one sitting in our den waiting to be hooked up. This is super frustrating that the installers who told us they work tomorrow can't come back and finish the job that they botched for us. We have to wait 12 days before we can cook again. It will take a very great price before we will want to buy appliances from Home Depot again.

Worst customer experience of my life…read more Paid for a TV in excellent condition. When I got it home, the item had none of the materials with it. It wasn't even returned to factory settings. By Best Buy's own definitions, it was "good" at most, possibly "fair." But I guess as long as this store can get an extra $200 out of me, they'll say whatever. Tried to get delivery, but they couldn't do that without a long process that wouldn't work with my card without taking several days. I would have to "return" the item I hadn't even picked up yet. Wait for a open-box process. Wait for the refund to hit my account, so I could buy it again. Was just told, "well, you have six days to pick it up." So, I ended up spending $50 on a uHaul. After I realized all the issues with the TV, I tried to talk to a manager. Was told it would be just a minute. Waited with my kids for 45 minutes. When I glanced at the back of the store, the manager was sitting down, shooting the breeze with someone. The store had been closed for 30 minutes. I went home because my kids needed to go to bed. Chat support agreed that the customer service had been awful, and they made a report. They told me I would receive a call from the store manager within 2 hours of business next day. That was over a week ago. Still nothing. This store owes me about $250, but I guess not even the manager cares about customer service. I've shopped at this store for nearly 30 years, but I won't be going back.

He was done in about 30 minutes and charged $250 labor for a bill totaling $360. I had to track down the itemized invoice to find the cost breakdown and when I called to complain,I was told that was the set labor charge that Mr Appliance internally charges across all its businesses for this repair. In short, management response to me: firm and, in my opinion, unfair. We are taking our business elsewhere and recommend you do likewise.
