At times they have pallets of stuff all bubble wrapped and you just buy the whole thing. You don't no what your buying. I bought a pallet last yr. it had 5 brand new can openers. 2 tvs. And lots of tools n misc items for 40 bucks. I bet there was 300 bucks of good stuff. Nino's is very clear about their return policy. No returns. And, your warranty is between you and the appliance maker. Period. When I purchased a new, in-box dryer yesterday afternoon then got it home to find it had very extensive damage, frankly, I assumed I was going to have to fight with Nino's to correct the issue. That wasnt tge case at all. I returned the dryer the next morning and, without any hesitation, they apologized for the inconvenience and brought out a replacement. I couldnt be happier with my experience so far. As long as you understand and are comfortable that all sales are final and your warranty is between you and the manufacturer, you should have no problem dealing with Nino's. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! We bought a LG refrigerator from Nino's trading for the same price as my parents bought a brand spanking new one from Lowe's for $200 less and have a 5 year warranty that they bought for $100 and it still came out cheaper then our fridge that has dents and a forklift puncher hole on the side of it. The guy would not negotiate on the price what so ever and he wanted us to pay for shipping!!!! Can you believe that?!!!! So I said that we will buy it only with their delivery. We needed a fridge asap! So we ordered it and they brought it over and the delivery guy said "you can inspect the refrigerator but if you open the box you will have to keep it!" How the heck am I supposed to inspect the fridge if I can't even look at it??????? I signed and got it over with.....I opened the box and there where few dents that I wasn't told about and a hole on the side!!! I was so mad. Talking about it makes me furious! And a year later my fridge got 2 error codes! Will never buy from any warehouses. Only reliable appliance stores. I called to tell them that I want a little refund on the fridge since they didn't tell me about the rest of the dents and a hole. No little refund! Great prices. Friendly staff! Variety of products. I am pleased with the tv I bought a few months ago.

I am very disappointed. We bought a pallet from them, they do disclose that they are returns from Kmart and Sears, but what they don't disclose is that EVERY SINGLE ITEM is extremely damaged. No way to use at all. We had to throw it all away. They should put that it doesn't work because they know it doesn't. They put all the "nice" looking stuff around the outside and it alllll is broken. And then they literally through broken pieces and trash in the middle. It was disgusting and just a total waste of money. I would not buy from this dishonest company and will report them to the BBB because they are doing some seriously shady business. $300 down the drain... read more

I have today made my third television purchase from the Little Rock location and have not had a problem with any of my purchases. My first purchase was a 55" 3D smart TV over a year ago and I love it. The price was several hundred lower than the one I saw at Best Buy. I later bought 32" smart TV and have had it for about 6 months, not a problem. Today I purchased a 39" LED TV for my mother for an amazing price of $238. I have not purchased any other items from them so I can't speak on them. I am cautious of the bundle crates of miscellaneous item that average about $300 because I can't see everything in them and they don't have a guarantee that the items work and it is one of those "as is" things. So, with that in mind I am rating this based on the TVs alone. Great price in comparison to any place I've looked, with the option to buy a warranty. read more

I purchased a scratch and dent LG refrigerator. I was told there was one dent on the refrigerator. I was told that the shipping company would only deliver it to my front door, and I was to inspect it before signing for delivery. The shipping company was almost 2 hours late past the window they gave me and I wasn't able to stay. My brother signed for the item without inspecting it. Upon my arrival at my house, I unwrapped it and saw that there was 9 dents on it. I called Nino's immediately and all I got was attitude from the woman I spoke to. She said since I signed for it, there wasn't much she could do. A few days later, she informed me that they will accept it to be returned but I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee. I paid $1400 for the frig and they want to charge me $350 to take back the damaged item. I am contacting an attorney and filing a complaint with the BBB. Do not do business with this company unless you can pick the item up yourself and you know the exact condition it is in. Even then, I'd beware. read more

My husband and I have purchased three Vizio flat screen TVs and a pallet of merchandise from Nino's. We love it there! You cannot beat the prices at all on the TVs. We've had them all for over a year and never had any trouble with any of them. The pallet was something I had been wanting to purchase just for fun to see what we would get.
