I said ok sounds good and waited for a response. I still have not had a response and I have texted the tech and also called the store and no answer. I went there for extensions in the past and other services and did not have this problem. I was trying to give them business but I guess I have to go somewhere else. Except it didn't. Came home to racoon eyes and no tint left on lower lashes. When took off eyeshadow that night (had asked technician and she said okay to do and I was extremely careful) most of the upper lash tint came off. Total waste of my time and money.

I have been coming to Leesa for years. In short, I was extraordinarily pleased with all services and have return visits scheduled. Mini facial: The mini facial was amazing and Kathryn's technique is flawless. I could literally feel the toxins leaving my muscles and pores. I immediately booked myself and my husband facials/men's skin treatment for the following month. I can't wait for my next treatment to experience the full facial with massage and light traction. The wax: The wax treatments were also the best I've ever received. Getting a Brazilian is never fun, but Kathryn made it as painless as she could and asked me if there was anything she could do that I thought might make me more comfortable. She is willing to alter strip length and heat settings (to the extent that is feasible) in order to make it the best it can be for you. The most impressive part of the wax service is the care she takes in healing your skin. I've been to many salons (Boston and Denver) and every wax I've ever received was only focused on getting me hairless and quickly, with a few tweezing of strays. Kathryn introduced me to a whole new way of looking at it. She took her time and was careful to take special care of ingrown hairs. With 20% tip that is around $107. There is a 3% surcharge to pay with a credit card which rounds it up to $110.21 for 35 min facial. You must also pay for street parking. The 3% charge to use a credit card is a leadership decision. They made the choice to prioritize price gauging financial transactions. It is unbecoming and deal breaker. I will pay a credit card surcharge for a person selling peaches on the corner, not for corporate greed. This is not normal so don't let any business that does this make you think it is.
