And yes, emails ... no phone number available nor provided when pressed to actually speak with the shop owner/manager. Third - training seems to be an issue. The staff at the shop are slow and appear to be learning. After 2 services that each lasted about 40 plus minutes, I could not take any more pain. Training the staff would show up in quick, efficient, and comfortable services. This is not the staff's fault, but management for not training & inspecting their team. Overall, I do not recommend this place for hair removal - it painful, long & confusing with pricing/membership that the team doesn't even understand.
