While many of those helped in their own ways, nothing truly moved the needle for me the way hypnoacupuncture with Marisa has. From my very first session, there was an obvious shift. While Dr. Hai seems to know what she is doing, there are two things that are very disturbing…read more First, she reuses the blankets to cover her patients WITHOUT washing them. I have seen her refold them and put them away after using them on me. This is so unsanitary, even if it just covering the patients clothes. Who knows where they have been or what is on their clothes? It made my skin crawl. Second, she reuses any medical tape that she needs to hold needles or wires in place - tape that has been on a patient's skin! She takes the tape off and sticks it to a can in the cabinet. Then she takes it off that can and uses it over again. How gross and how cheap. Use new tape for each patient and stop reusing the blankets! Both issues are a major turn-off.
