When I initially called, I scheduled an in-home visit and was immediately charged. On the day of service, I had to call twice just to get an estimated arrival time. The technician did finally arrive after 5:00 PM. Technician was at my home for 30 minutes and unable to diagnose the issue. I was told I would receive a follow-up email with pricing for a replacement part. I havent heard from them and it's been 2 weeks. No response to my email either.

I found Used Gym Equipment on line and drove down to their warehouse for a look around. My goal was to create a home gym that will be custom tailored to my workouts, strong, stable and that won't do more damage than good. Jay B. was my sales genius who spent a lot of time walking me around the warehouse after and while listening to what I wanted to accomplish with my workouts and helped me find the best equipment I have found anywhere I have looked. I am very pleased with my treadmill and spin bike... Really wish I had the space for the rowing machine I still think about all the time but didn't buy. Jay was EXTREMELY knowledgable about exercise and exercise equipment, but he was also, and even more importantly "hearing" and interpreting my personal needs with this home gym I was assembling. I did have a few issues with getting my equipment as fast as it was initially promised but the positive WAY OUTWEIGHS any frustration with my delivery date issue... The help I received in the process from Jay and others and the quality equipment I have in my home gym is worth the very small in comparison delivery date issue I had. I highly recommend Jay and the team he works with... Thanks Jay!! ps... I was on a mission, my grandson has lost his noise cancelling headphones now 3 times and I have had to replace them 3 times. He goes to a lot of concerts and he knows, your headphones are on your head or in the car, do not just leave them lying around. So, when he did it again, I told him his mom was going to have to replace them as his behavior shows a lack of responsibility for items that he is tasked with caring for. Anyway, I saw this Big 5 on the way to the taking him to the circus so I caved and pulled over. We went in and the cashier was very nice. She was not sure where the headphones were, so she asked a salesperson walking the store. He knew right away and showed me where they were and was able to tell me a little about the selection. I mean, they go from cheap to our you kidding me prices. I found the perfect pair made by Razor and went to the cashier. On my way there, I saw a lot of cool stuff had I been shopping. I told the cashier I was concerned with fit so had all intention of paying for them, opening them right there and trying them on my super sensitive grandson's head. She was fine with that and was going to just let me get another pair or give me my money back if we could not find a great fit. These were perfect. She was happy, we were happy. It all worked out. So, I do like this Big 5 very much. And as to the grandson if he loses these, he will be digging ditches to learn the value of money. Have a great week.

The cashier instantly saw I was trying to find a glove for my kiddo and she asked if she could send someone over to help. Yes, please! Tyler met us and instantly connected with my kiddo. He confirmed he's a lefty and helped us find the right glove, found a helmet that fit him perfectly. The selection of baseball gear was expansive. He really went above and beyond with helping us. When Tyler handed him the bat, my son said, "Wowwww" and got so excited for baseball. I wasn't expecting that reaction. We found out Tyler plays baseball in college - and it was so clear how much he cared about making sure my son was set up for success for his first time trying baseball. Thank you, Tyler! You got my son so excited for baseball and he's so proud of his new glove, bat, and helmet!

He was responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and truly invested in helping us build the right fitness center for our residents--not just placing equipment. He took time to understand our space, goals, and budget, walked us through options, explained pros and cons clearly, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Delivery and setup were smooth, communication was consistent, and his follow-through was exactly what you hope for when managing a big project. I also had the opportunity to meet and get to know Austin, the owner, and I was extremely impressed with him. He's professional, grounded, and clearly cares about both his clients and the way his company operates. It shows in the team he's built and in how well everything was handled from beginning to end. As President of a condominium association in North Miami, I work with a lot of vendors. I'm always happy to recommend the ones who truly stand out--and this team absolutely does.
