I approved the proof as everything was correct and came by at the end of the day to pick up the order. To my dismay, my web address - specifically my name - was spelled wrong on my business cards. I asked to have it fixed and came back the next day. This time, an entirely different email address was on my business cards. The salesperson I spoke to was very blase and said she would have someone take care of it later. Usually FedEx locations are quick and responsive. I know there are plenty of things that can go wrong on custom orders, but a little customer service goes a long way to remedy things.

I stopped in here one day while I was downtown and ever since then, I won't go anywhere else to get my printing done. They are capable/knowledgeable and they get things done quickly and for a fair cost. The main guy up front (Steve) is nice and he always does a good job! Another fun thing - they have lots of scratch pads up front for an incredibly cheap price - perfect for to-do lists, grocery lists, or just a notepad on your desk - and they paper varies from pad to pad, but some of it is nice quality card stock! This place may be small and hidden, but it speaks volumes where customer service and quality are concerned - you should give them a try!
