This was my second time going there, the first time was good. That was about five months ago…read more Second time I went was two weeks ago, and I can't even give this place even one star as far as customer service and quality of their products. Might be because they're moving and selling their farm, that they don't give a crap right now but I spent $60 dollars there and got totally ripped off and would never go there again while these owners are still there. I'm just telling you guys this so that you don't get ripped off too. I bought wheat grass that was limp to begin with. It cost $20 for the tray. I told them I would take the wheat grass without the tray and could they do it for 15. She said yes and we put it in a bag. I took it right home, put it back on a tray and within one day it was smelling rotten. It was turning yellow and I had to throw it out. I sent her pictures. I told her and she told me it was because I took it off the tray to begin with and bought it without the tray, so why did she still sell it to me that way if that was true? Then I bought an aloe plant from them for $15. The plants were all cramped inside a pot and had root rot. I was gonna try to save a few of the aloe babies, but when I got home and started to remove the dead plant leaves, I realized that the whole plant was a big mess and I never should've bought it from them. I grow fresh herbs myself, but I did not have any mint at the time, so I purchased a mint plant. When I brought it home I took a picture of it and asked Google lens what it was since it had a really weird smell not like usual mint does and it told me that it was from the mint family but that it had a fungus, which is why it smelled really weird too, so I threw that out as well. That was another five dollars down the drain. I did buy eggs from Tracy, but I'm going to throw those out too because I just don't trust this lady on any level now because she did not respond to me as a professional who owns a business and who gives a crap about her customers. Again, I texted her the pictures and told her what happened and not one time did she apologize or offer to replace the items or credit me, she basically gaslit me by saying it was my fault for not purchasing the wheatgrass without their tray, ( which I would have had to return it out deposit on) Not one time did she apologize or offer to make this sale right or offer any understanding for my dissatisfaction. She's totally unprofessional and doesn't give a crap! Guess it's all about money to her. I just hope the poor cats and animals that are there get a really good owner after she's moved to Mt Dora. Hopefully someone that's compassionate and gives a crap about people as well as animals. This is the worst customer service I think I've ever had in a really long time and that means in person or online. Very disappointed.

On instagram we saw beautiful farmland and huge yurt like tents as cabanas with the layouts described on the website. The website not having any photos should've been the first red flag. After making an over 2 hour drive from Orlando we are greeted by someone who had clearly already had a long day, asking us to sign waivers. We ask when the pizza will be served because we are incredibly hungry and it was going to be a hot day. They tell us after 1pm because the pizza comes from this amazing pizza place. We are told where the bathroom is and then led to our cabana. What a HUGE disappointment. It's a tailgating canopy with 8 seats and 2 blow up chairs even though it's advertised to sit 12. We were expecting an enclosed private space but we were just in a line of 5 other canopies the exact same size and decor. The only difference was the number of seats. We got to feed baby cows and they took Polaroids of the experience. That was pretty cool. We then got to feed animals and hold baby goats. That was awesome. Around 1:20pm the super Awsome pizza arrived. 2 dominos pizzas. Was this a joke? Dominos??? The pizza was cold and one of them tasted off. 5 minutes after we got the pizza we were asked if everything was okay and I said no, it's cold and it's dominos. The attendant stated that they got dominos because WE said we were hungry. And that they knew for a fact the pizza was hot because it was so hot on their arms. I was taken aback at the rudeness. The attendants then went to a different party cabana and spent most of their time there drinking alcohol with those guests and ignoring us. No one even wished me a happy birthday. What was supposed to be a full 11-5 day, we left at 2:30 it was so bad. I really hope Cowabunga refunds my mom her money. At least half if not more. DO NOT TRAVEL FAR FOR THIS "EXPERIENCE". Depending on the ticket you get, you can hang out with the goats for as long as you want, you can feed cows (including the baby zebu esmee!!) and chickens, you can interact (pet, hug, brush, take pictures with) the cows (certain ones, but its all awesome) and then you go back and hang with the goats more! All of the animals are well taken care of. They all seem happy and calm, they aren't begging for food, they seem to enjoy the human attention and of course they are just so cute. I've told pretty much anyone who will listen about this place. Can't wait to go back!

They offer several types of u-pick fruits, veggies and sunflowers at different times of the year. They have a fun zone area and food trucks. The only thing I don't see on this farm are animals. I love that they allow the 5K races at least once a year. With those races, you usually get blueberry pancakes and a pint container to pick your own blueberries from at least 6 fields. There were 2 available to pick from when we were there. Plump and sweet blueberries are to be had if you know how to pick them. Don't let the bees scare you off. Leave them alone and you will be fine, unless someone in the next aisle pissed them off. They have peaches, sunflowers and strawberries to pick as well. I noticed the map also shows veggies but not sure when or which kind are available but nice to know. I love the observation deck above the gift shop. Amazing views of the farm and surrounding land with plenty of seating to take it all in while you enjoy a cup of coffee from the gift shop. I hope they can hang on to this land once the developments continue closing in on this rare property.

It looked like most beautiful cabbage and broccoli growing in the field , so I had to stop . I did buy that gorgeous cabbage , grapefruit , oranges and a few other things for gifts .They do have local honey ,jams , candies, breads , pickled jars and plants for sale .
