I called for a quote late on a Friday, and Andres explained what they could do. Pedro messaged the following week and we accepted the proposal. They removed (cleaned up) all the pesky feathers and replaced with nice soft foam (on top of our original foam) and then rewrapped the new cushion assembly with dacron.
