The first thing you'll notice when you enter is that the owner, Peter, loves audio, loves his shop and loves making customers happy. It took him all of 30 seconds to identify what I was looking for, as well as price range, and he had me all sorted out. He also gave me the full tour, including the custom home theater setup room, which I intend to visit him again for. Anyway, we scheduled an appointment, I dropped off my car in the morning and had it back in the early afternoon. There were even loaners available if needed. The result? Amazing, the new system they installed was exactly what I wanted. It somehow uses the system and software updates to make my existing speakers sound waaaaay better than they ever have. It was like they replaced those too, but didn't. My new system even has the Tesla style system when you can send the sound to different parts of the vehicle using a touch interface. The Carplay works great too! Things to add? Peter is an awesome dude to talk to. He'll take you through all your options, and he gave me a full tour of my new system once it was installed. I highly recommend anyone looking to update the electronics in their car, or looking for some kick ass home theater equipment to visit Peter at Mobile West. You'll be extremely satisfied.

After thoroughly reading reviews, and getting multiple quotes, I decided to go with Mobile West for…read morewindow tinting on my wife's car. They were not the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive. After getting quoted $425 for the entire car with ceramic tint, we scheduled the appointment. I dropped the car off and was told it would take about half the day. I arrived back to pick it up after receiving a call about 4.5 hours later. I went inside and paid. They originally tried to charge me more than was quoted because of a total of 9 windows instead of 7 (they count the 6 inch triangles next to the front two) but Peter made it right, and only charged what he had quoted. I should've inspected the car before paying, because their were several issues with it. After inspecting it, I brought Peter out to take a look. There were several scratches up the sides of the windows, and what looked like rust particles under a few. I am aware that there would be bubbles for a few days while they dried, but this was not that. Peter told me that it was from the plastic tool that they use, and that it should go away in a few days, but if it didn't, to come back and they would redo them. I also noticed that from spraying the windows and the film, our car doors and rear seat had stains on them that were not previously there. I messaged Peter and was scheduled the next week to have them redo some of the windows and have the detail guys clean the fabrics. After bringing it back to them, they did replace the window tints that had the scratches, and I couldn't tell if they actually did detail it, because some of the liquid lines are still visible. Unfortunately, this $425 window tint is going to cost me more money because I'll have to take the car to a real detail shop to clean up. They also left scrap tint trash crumpled up on the floor of the back seat. Overall, I'm not sure how they do with car electronics, but I would personally not recommend them for window tinting.

The first time, they installed it and there were a few crooked areas. And they had also broken a clip under my passenger seat. It's over an hour drive, one way, to get here from where I live, and they had it for a few days. When I called the dealer to let them know, they drove it back down to Beaverton and only fixed it partially (had it again for a few days). Was told that was the way the leather was sent to them, with no solution offered to fix it (my middle arm rest is still crooked today). I had to call yet again and let them know the housing for the car seat latch system was loose. Neither the dealer or I was able to fix the housing. A woman at the dealer pointed out other issues she found too. A month and a half later they finally fixed the car seat latch housing but I've found more broken clips for my seat since then. And my arm rest still doesn't look right. This is a nightmare how low the quality control is at Classic Soft Trim...and the lack of follow up/trying to make it right. I wouldn't recommend using them for upholstery/leather.

Dale arrived at my house on time and greeted me with a smile and a handshake. I showed Dale to the garage, we backed the car out, he took a look, confirmed that he could do the job at the quoted price, and told me he would be done in an hour. Exactly an hour later we went to look at the completed job. A picture says a thousand words. I have two other projects for Dale in the next month or two. Dale and his service are excellent!

This guy performs magic! I bought an off-white sectional and chaise and two matching recliners by American Leather. Off white in color and a soft buttery leather. When my new kitty tried to jump on them, she could not reach the seat and tried to pull herself up with her claws. Ouch! I know you are saying, why do you have leather furniture with cats? Because none of my previous cats like sitting on leather, preferring the fabric chair, so leather was always the safe bet. Until this little girl. She also punctured the vinyl (pleather) seats on two of 3 custom barstools I had made to fit under my kitchen island. Same M.O. Trying to climb onto them to sleep. After calling the furniture store and reading Yelp reviews, I called Dale for an estimate. He showed up on time, explained the process and gave me an estimate. The process is involved - not only glueing, but matching the scratch with paint, sealing, etc. He would do the repairs at my house and it would take 5-6 hours. He had an appointment a few days later. This furniture was expensive, and at this point in my life, meant to last "forever" so I hired Dale on the spot and prayed he could perform miracles. Without fixing the wholes and scratches, the leather would only deteriorate more. Dale showed up precisely on time and got to work after prepping my space. He worked continuously and diligently. When he was done, I couldn't even find the scratches and punctures on all the leather pieces. The vinyl is harder to repair due to the slight texture pattern, as he warned, but other than me, no one would notice where the punctures were. The counter stools looked like a meat tenderizer had gone over them and now they are smooth again! Magical. Hope I never need Dale's services again, but happy if I do, Dale and his craftsmanship (magic) is just a phone call away. Highly recommend!

I gave him a photo link of one example. I brought my containers, so he can get the correct measurements, and he gave me two quotes (once by phone, and once in person) both came out the same amount. I bought the material, enough to make 2 bags. I also told him I wanted the scraps back. I told him, I wanted like an envelope style closures, with velcro (just like the sample photo). It's really self-explanatory. I told him, that way, I can just SLIDE my display in, or out then close the bag. It's THAT SIMPLE. He also told me, he'll call me, when they're ready, and I marked my calendar, to remind myself. I signed a Purchase Order, but I didn't get a copy. The day has come, and I waited all day for the phone call, finally, by 2:45PM, I no longer can't wait, I have an event on a Saturday, and I NEEDED my new bags! He didn't answer the phone, I left a message. A few minutes later, I made a 2nd call. He said, he doesn't answer Private numbers. Fine, I go for that, but WHY DIDN'T HE CALL ME BACK, when I left him my number, or even call me back, when it WAS READY, I could have come earlier, but now he was about to leave 3PM, and because I work @ home, I'm not 'presentable' to just hop in my car & go! Velcro on 3 sides, instead of ONE, 'like an envelope' that you just close the FLAP, done!
