I reached out and told them I drive with an infant and this is dangerous they never would get back to me I always had to call multiple people to get this corrected then the owner Jose told me to go in on a day they were closed to get the film removed and he would refund me . I waited an hour and a half at the shop while it was closed no one came no one answered the phones. I had to come back AGAIN the next day the film was then removed and told that my refund would be given but if course IT HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED . I've made attempts to correct this and have been patient but they do not respond. Edit : the owner commented saying user error lol the entire purpose of the film was to protect against rocks chips and scratches ... so why would the film be scratched if I used the wipers DURING THE RAIN ????? I also have already told you this but you are embarrassingly not taking responsibility for the low quality work I might add I also told you ... THIS IS A BRAND NEW 2025 car fresh out the factory it didn't even sit on the car lot ... so how would a car that was just made ruin my windshield during the rain ???? Update to my initial review;…read more I have been repeatedly reaching out to the owner asking him to fix an issue that was caused by his employees. They did a lot of work on my sprinter. They polished the entire van which was brand new and did there ceramic coating on the outside and inside of the vehicle. Within a few months I noticed that the top of the van not the body or the front the top of the van was covered in swirls. It's been at least 3 months possibly more that I've reached out on Facebook texted the owner and keep getting promises that someone will reach out to me to schedule a time. Basically this morning I again reached out saying if we can they this fixed I will update my review and take to small claims I spend thousands with this company paid cash and they can't handle fixing there own mistake. Great I definitely won't be using them again not refer any business and I will update my review on google as well. I even offered to pay to have them wash my van and fix the issues but have been rejected. The owner wants me to take him to small claims so I guess I'll file the paperwork this week.

While I tested the timer for the dryer it was still timed at one minute. I believe the wash dry solutions are the answer for me. Patrick was helpful in helping me log in when I got there and he was polite and quick. There were a few young employees that helped by getting me a drying towel. I suggested they ask if we need a towel when we drive up. Another customer also went to the drive thru to ask for a drying towel. My old rims were very clean; I wiped them down and found no dirt on the panels. I like the drying pistol hose, the strong vacuum and the rack for placing carpets to vacuum. I highly recommend this place to my friends. Easy to get in and leave, as the area is large. It contains large bays for 16 wheelers nearby.

My only request was to give some extra love to my Mercedes G63 rims. He came prepared with different types of soaps for the different paint and finishes we had for my vehicles. I expressed my concerns with the dealership and they saw things my way so they gave me credit to have the truck detailed. I submitted my request to Yelp to get some quotes and Steve got back to me right away and had the best price. Hired him to come out today (Saturday) and he showed up 15 min early which I prefer. I am blown away at how well he did on my truck. My only regret is that I didn't take any before pics but I've been rather busy and I'd like to forget how dirty it was. Image the truck in the pics but super dirty and then open your eyes and see how nice it looks. I will be hiring One Way to detail my Travel Trailer next. Thank you for the fantastic results.
