I called Ismael and he picked up immediately! I got scheduled for the next day and he arrived as agreed upon. The car was filthy and covered with bugs due to a trip up north. Ismael came prepared with all the necessary equipment and supplies. He spent a good two hours on the interior and three hours on the exterior. As seen in the pictures he did an excellent job. We hired quality 1 to do an interior detail of our 2006 Sequoia. We had a dog until unfortunately we found out my daughter had a severe allergy to pet dander. We vacuumed and wiped down all the hard surfaces but it wasn't enough, she kept having asthma attacks. An interior detail was a last resort before possibly selling the vehicle. We spoke to Ishmael at Quality 1 and asked him about his interior detail package and was familiar with pet dander issues. He was one of the few detailers that actually explained how he would do the work. The day of the appt he showed up on time and got right to work. No surface was untouched and even showed us an area we were not able to clean previously that was probably causing the issue. The true test was when he was done and we had errands to run in the vehicle. My daughter couldn't be in the car for more than 5 minutes without having a cough attack. We drove in the vehicle for roughly 2 hours without even 1 cough. We were so relieved we didn't have to sell our road trip/Family hauler. Highly recommend Quality 1 for your detail needs. read more
