Returned to give this business another try. Paid upgrade of $21 for a car wash, thinking I would have a better experience. Told Cashier that the last time I came here my car hood appeared to be scrapped from the strips that swing across the car. She explained it was not possible due to the texture of the cloths. Told me to let her know if I had any problem. This time after going through the wash my car had water spots all over. I went to door and employee came out and I told him of problem with water spots. He came to my car and said "yes, we've had problems with the drying system. In the near future we are going to be issuing drying cloths for customers". I go to car washes because I don't want to do the labor intensive drying. The employees try to be helpful, but does not solve the problem. read more

I pay for 3 vehicles. It's great for unlimited obviously, however, it's not spotless rinse whatsoever. If you don't pull around to the vacuum area and bring a microfiber towel to dry off before you vacuum. Your car is left with hard water deposit stains. If you don't have time and cruise through it and leave fine but your windows will be spotted bad. Especially the rear window on a truck which is vertical. The blowers do nothing for trucks because it's just blowing all the water in the truck bed which is most likely dirty onto everywhere. Maybe a car is different but if you have a truck, plan on wiping the whole truck down. read more

I friend went into the Carwash with he's Camaro and half his spoiler ripped off halfway through the wash. Just a warning to all sport car owns that have a spoiler be careful because this might happen to you. Also they don't want to be liable for the damage to make sure to have proof of damage during because the shift leader said that there inside cameras don't really have good footage. So you'll end up paying for all the damages unless you file with insurance. But who wins here? read more

This is literally the only car wash I go to that isn't full service, and for good reason. Unlike other places that run your car through those metal rails that can scratch your rims, this one uses a smooth conveyor belt system--so there's zero chance of rim damage. That alone makes it worth coming here. Other than that, it's like every other modern express wash. You get the colorful foams, the neon lights, and the usual spray wax options. Not only is this a great car wash with really good vacuums, but it has great customer service well. My rear windshield wiper was broken during a wash. I expected this issue was going to take much time & a headache to begin I wasn't sure if I would have the issue rectified or if I was going to fight for it! Use to have membership here until my car got damaged and they are denying their car wash had anything to do with it. My car is brand new 2023. site leader "Fernando" was very rude/nasty attitude about the situation. Kenny maintenance guy offered to buff out scratches although "it wasn't their fault". You can't buff out dents or the crack on my side mirror. I will be taking legal action on this. I would understand if my car was older but it's brand new. Overall very disappointed with their customer service. It's obvious this was caused by their car wash. read more

Poor management. You must ask for a towel and half the time they don't have them available. They tell their employees not to offer a towel. Only hand them out if they request one. They say to many customers leave with them. read more

I have had the worst experience of a lifetime here today. I canceled my membership with splash car wash to try these guys out since they're a lot closer to home. After today's experience, I will be going back to Splash Car wash. The management team here is a joke they tell me to back my truck up so the roller can come out and that they would cover the damage. Then, when I refuse to back up because that makes no sense, they said they're going to call the cops. I agreed they should call the cops. When the Sheriff's showed up, they had common senses and said to pull forward slowly thanks to them, it came out. The manager said they would cover the damages, and then after the Sheriff's left, they switched it up on me and said they would not pay for damages. Extremely unprofessional and overall bad customer service. On the bright side to all this. The facility manager did return my call. At first he was realy nice didn't say he was going to fix the problem. Was more mad about having his car wash closed for for 20 mins because it damage my truck. But over all a nice guy. Went here for a car wash during Halloween special for $20 best experience I've had in forever. Not only did I get my car wash but also a scary show. We have now our 2nd terrible inactivtion with Tommy's and their Manager Frando. The first time, our rear bumper of our 2004 Frod F150 was bent back at a 90-degree angle. He was rude and yelling at my husband that we had to call the local San Jacinto Sheriff to get them to brandish our oringal receipt because my huband had told the worker at the window not to worry about it. They dod finalyy send it to a body shop and fix it, onlu after threatening them to have our AAA insurance deal with it. Now, today, the front bumper of our 2023 Chevy Tahoe was ripped off. The manager Frando told us the only way to ha e a voided that was to twll the worker selling the wash to not have the front wheel spin on our vehicle. Never were we asked about that. How could the customer know that woth out being informed us the requirements for no front end damage to happen. My husband even asked if our vehicle was ok to enter. Dont use them. Ever. They have no accountability for the damage to your vehicle. read more

Most of the vacuum cleaners are broken or barely have any suction. This is a big no no to me! It's unacceptable, even if this is San Jacinto. And the automatic car wash doesn't try your vehicle completely off. The best amenity here is the Floor Mat Washer. Other than that it would be a great value and very convenient car wash.
