With that said, operationally they are on top of it and do a great job of communicating and filtering questions appropriately. What I especially appreciate about Twin Cities IV is their ability to accommodate to their clients. I was connected with Nurse Stephanie, and she was able to schedule my mom's IV treatment for the same day as sign up AND they travel to their clients homes, so she was able to come to my mom's home and administer the IV treatment - which was fantastic. Several other companies I checked in with were booked out about a week and prices were much higher. I liked the fact that my mom could get treatment in her home on her schedule with the same nurse each time. Nurse Stephanie provided my mom with her contact information and was great at communicating. She did her best at getting us in for treatments on short notice and was very accommodating to my mom when providing treatment. Impressive! My nurse, Tressa, was incredible. She let me know she was going to be a little late because of another appointment, and proactively offered a free Add In as compensation. When she arrived, she was fast and so sweet and helpful. She explained what was in the bag, and added another anti-nausea med. She was also great about explaining how long things might take to kick in. Pricing was great, especially when compared to other options or an ER wait. He went in and was never looked at by a dr but was given a strep test and a Covid test- they promised to follow up with test results and a treatment plan before closing on Sunday. We've never heard back from them. He was rushed to the ER the next morning because his throat was so swollen, he couldn't swallow. The ER Dr confirmed someone should have provided him care. At the bare minimum, provided him with the test results. They provided him with absolutely zero care or direction and in turn this ended up being so much more serious than it needed to be. If your seeking actual health care, i'd encourage you to go elsewhere.
