After the presentation about Stem Cell Therapy, I was encouraged about what I had heard, because stem cells are natural and we all have them. However, as we age, we don't have many of our own cells left to help us out. In July of 2023, I received 2 stem cell injections in my lower back (one on each side). Everyone is different, but it took about 4 months for my back to feel better, and it's been good ever since. I had one more area that was very painful for me, and that was my right knee. I sent them a message and they responded to me right away - literally within 5/10 minutes via text. I submitted the recommended paper work and even had a quick phone consult with the nursing staff. With that said, operationally they are on top of it and do a great job of communicating and filtering questions appropriately. What I especially appreciate about Twin Cities IV is their ability to accommodate to their clients. I was connected with Nurse Stephanie, and she was able to schedule my mom's IV treatment for the same day as sign up AND they travel to their clients homes, so she was able to come to my mom's home and administer the IV treatment - which was fantastic. Several other companies I checked in with were booked out about a week and prices were much higher. I liked the fact that my mom could get treatment in her home on her schedule with the same nurse each time. Nurse Stephanie provided my mom with her contact information and was great at communicating. She did her best at getting us in for treatments on short notice and was very accommodating to my mom when providing treatment. Impressive! My nurse, Tressa, was incredible. She let me know she was going to be a little late because of another appointment, and proactively offered a free Add In as compensation. When she arrived, she was fast and so sweet and helpful. She explained what was in the bag, and added another anti-nausea med. She was also great about explaining how long things might take to kick in. Pricing was great, especially when compared to other options or an ER wait. I took a nap after the appointment and felt so much better when I woke up. 5 star experience, easily!
