We have both purchased new appliances and used their services for a range that came with our house. In purchasing, we came in with clear price ranges we could work with. They did a great job explaining the differences so we could make the right choice. The drop off was easy and helped us to get it ready for installation. Recently we called about our range. I left a message in the evening after hours and they called first thing the next morning. I explained the issue and asked about prices of service call versus a new range. They went over costs of each (new range at same line versus cost per time and new parts) and I ultimately chose the repair service. They booked a visit within 2 days. I was concerned the service person might dilly dally because of time but they came in, got to work and finished within an hour with time to explain issues. My old range is now back in use and I'm more aware of what I need to start squirreling away when I'm ready to purchase something new. read more

I think it is messed up that the only reason I applied for koalifi, was because I saw a washer/dryer combo on their website and got approved for it, then I go down there and they do not even have it. Then want me to pay a deposit then told me it wasn't enough of a deposit, and still wouldn't get it until the end of February??? I had 300 I could give as down payment yet it wasn't enough, thanks for having Christmas spirit and helping your own community out, because that's what I thought going to do, help a local company. Screw supporting our small town business's if they are all like the owner of quality appliance. I had my little gas stove range in the shop for repairs. They didn't fix the problem. The three Anglo Saxon owners took advantage of a lone Native American women during a time of inflation. They didn't want to understand that I couldn't meet their timelines because I rely on others to help me get the appliance into their shop. I thought they would have an understanding because we live in a small town and neighbors helping neighbors policy. And what happened to the concept of the customers always right. I made an appointment took the day off work so I could meet them between 1:00 and 3:00. I made it very clear I would be home waiting for the repair guy and provided them with directions. They called at 4:20, I called back at 4:29 and they had already sent the repair guy out on a different job. When I called back the manager that I spoke with Chris was rude and implied that it was my fault because I did not pick my phone up right away. If I could give them a negative rating I would. If I could give a negative star I would. I bought an appliance from them 1 year and 2 months ago. My freezer compressor went out with a complete failure. When I called quality appliance to come fix it they said they have to charge me almost the same price as it is to buy a completely new one because the 1 year warranty is up. They also told me to contact Frigidaire directly. After hours on the phone with them and getting the complete run around.
