They did a great job explaining the differences so we could make the right choice. The drop off was easy and helped us to get it ready for installation. Recently we called about our range. I left a message in the evening after hours and they called first thing the next morning. I explained the issue and asked about prices of service call versus a new range. They went over costs of each (new range at same line versus cost per time and new parts) and I ultimately chose the repair service. They booked a visit within 2 days. I was concerned the service person might dilly dally because of time but they came in, got to work and finished within an hour with time to explain issues. My old range is now back in use and I'm more aware of what I need to start squirreling away when I'm ready to purchase something new.

I said I couldn't find anything else yet they refused to refund me accusing me of buying the broken door knowingly. They were rude and unwilling to refund me. They offered instore credit but they had nothing I could use. I'm in my 70s and I spoke with the owner and he said too bad he couldn't return my money. I've never been treated so poorly and they didn't care I live 21/2 hours away. Most of the inventory is in bad shape and they want top dollar. Customer service called us last minute and failed to follow their commitment in delivering our rented Items that had already been Paid for Two months in advance. As you would expect we were highly disappointed with the poor customer care and their lack of due diligence. Apparently customer service only just called our references at the last moment. They were unable to contact one. We were able to provide an additional reference and they still would not deliver our rentals on the day agreed upon. When requesting to speak to the manager, the branch manager answered. We did not see eye to eye and he decided to hang up on me and refuse to answer any of my questions. On the third call to his store, he said he would only speak to my wife because I was heated and cursed. (This is the only time I cursed at him, and that was after he hung up on me more than once) My wife asked why he wouldn't speak to me and his answer was not sufficient. Instead, this man decided to be rude to my wife speak down to her and state "We don't need money from people like you". I could only believe he meant Those who do not live in Farmington but live on the reservation. I made a complaint to The Aarons national complaint line. I called two more times to see what is happening and they told me they would contact me. That was about two weeks ago. Do not do business with this coward who can only argue with a nice woman, instead of her husband. I explained to the man I was in a wheelchair and a disabled veteran and that is why my wife went to get the rentals and I was not with her, he still refused to speak to me. Came back to "fix it "and made it worse and completely ruined the inside of a brand new furnace and then decided they didn't want to replace it. Finally, after much arguing, they replaced it and as far as getting any compensation or any accountability, there is none. This happened November 4. It's a situation with a room full of incompetent people that sell things basically. . I've tried repeatedly to deal with these people to get some accountability and now we're going to have to lawyer up . I gave them every opportunity to make this right, now it will cost them.
