Can I go less than 1 star?…read more Do not trust Big Sandy to do the right thing! They sold us a defective "multi-media" couch and charged nearly $400 to "return" it to the store. They have a 3 day return policy, even if you had an open work order on the 2nd day. We went to the store nearly every other day, for 2 weeks, asking "for help" but, to get support to come fix the problem you must pay up $137. With this level of customer service and support, I am not sure how they stay in business. No not buy anything from them if you expect customer service after the sale.
