They seem like they were friendly and professional. And said they would give me a free tuneup. So I returned. Because I needed struts and shocks all around then I had them install new high Performance Monroe struts and shocks.again very nice and friendly. Now I know why. They did halfway. The rear springs both sides were cut with a torch! And the struts were not new. No wonder they were so nice. But I was going to call them to schedule another oil change. They never called me back or responded to my messages. Because I without realizing what they did. Found out 1 1/2 later. So just case any mechanic is extra nice and friendly. Be very cautious and alert. Check out their work before driving away.

Told them about the tire and they took a look and said "We'll take care of you" and they did. Awesome the were opened the AM of Christmas Eve (they close at 11am) so I could get this taken care of. No coffee or waiting area but seems like a good little shop. I was in and out for this job in 30-45 mins. Perfect for this tire repair service that I needed. Patched tire, not plugged, and mounted it back on for $15 for my type of car. Would use them again.

We have also bought others cars there and it's always been a good experience. Thank you Katrina. We took our new car there in March to ask about some of the features. When my husband went inside the salesman AARON was sitting in his office with the light out. I guess that should have been an indication he didn't want to be bothered. When my husband told him why we were there the first words out of his mouth was "did you buy it here?" My husband told him it is a certified pre owned so we could take it to any Cadillac dealer. This man was rude and had a terrible attitude. All I needed was a little help but I certainly didn't get it. He was so rude to me and he seemed like he was mad about something. I told him he was being rude. His reply was that I was there asking for his help and I called him a jerk. It went from bad to worse. I told him I was going to call the manager and Cadillac, he said to call whoever I wanted. He also told us not to step in his door again and called my husband a nasty vulgar name as he walked away. I've never been treated like that before. AARON is a rude angry man. If he tries to help you I would suggest you walk away. I was excited to get help with a couple of thing on my new car but I left with no help and angry. I have complained to management and to my knowledge nothing was done about this. I had the absolute worse experience purchasing a vehicle from this place. I dealt with Jason B…read morethe whole time and he was not helpful at all. As the usual salesman is, he was looking out for himself than anyone else and once the deal was made he was very hands off and didn't care very much. During the test drive, I noticed that it wasn't too smooth stopping. The sales person indicated that it hadn't been driven in a while and that's common. I was skeptical, but I believed him. After purchasing the vehicle, I noticed that the truck shook vigorously at when stopping at increased speeds. I emailed the salesperson and he said to bring it in so they can look at it. After I brought it in, I was asked if I had been riding the truck hard because the brakes and rotors were shot. WHAT!? I've had the truck for less than a week and I'm asked if I personally did this?? I was outraged. Jason indicated that they would take care of me. During my wait, the tech came in and told me he took a test drive and was curious how the rotors were bad because he just had turned them. SO, the dealership KNEW that the brakes and rotors were bad from the beginning and didn't want to tell me. After all was said and done, they would not cover the cost of the brakes and rotors even though it was their fault. This dealership and the sales people/management that work their are dirty and I do not suggest having service or purchasing a car from there.

They were the first car repair shop I saw, so I called them and they took it right in. Figured out the problem (heat shield had come loose and was rattling against the tail pipe.) They fixed it, charged me $32 and I was on my way in 10 minutes total. Thanks guys!
