This place is awesome. I made an appointment to get my tire replaced due to a flat. Everyone I came in contact with here was professional and pleasant. Due to the way my tire was punctured, there was not way to safely repair it for highway driving and long distances, however they were able to patch it up well enough for me to safely drive home and back while my replacement tire was being shipped (my particular tire is only sold in 2 places). I was able to ship my tire to them, which they repaired quickly and at a fair price. Drove through Charleston, WV and my lifted Jeep had a "death rattle" they said. We knew it had a split boot and asked to have that changed too. Garage person said that we didn't need that now. Strange, upfront where they lift money from your pockets, said if it takes 6 hours to get home, you need that changed. It didn't get changed. Days later, drove back through Charleston and "death rattle" again. They claimed it needed another part-the same one we had replaced months before. you will be regreted if you go there just wanted to have a annual checkup for your car you will ended up like me. a good check with nothing goes wrong, then after a week, Boom! a low pressure tired, and then another week, Boom! another issue showing low pressure as 16 while the actual pressure is 30. Of course I want my money of the so called "check-up" back more than anything else!! You do NOT WANT TO GET SERVICE from this company. They commit fraud every single day! I went to get my oil changed and my tires rotated and my fluids topped off as I always do, this is THE ONLY place that we would take our cars. I recently took my car for all the aboves services and they LIED TO ME. A man named John came out to the lobby to get me and asked me to come take a look at my car with him. We go out to the bay and he says my tires are not safe to be on the road and they had not been rotated in 14,000 miles and he asks me when the last time I had them rotated. I said "well John this is the only place that we bring our car and you guys stated on my last reciept that you rotated them" he looked like he saw a ghost and started to stumble on his words. I met with Phil "the manager" and he could CARE LESS what these men had caused my tires since on EVERY SINGLE reciept they stated they rotated my tires, well they never did. I even reached out to a couple guys that you used to work there and they confirmed IT ALL! Phil did NOT care about keeping his regular customers, he did not care to take care of the situation. I would NOT recommend this company. I am reporting this to higher authorities and I am sending everything I have to the BBB. The Huntington City Mission recommended these guys several years ago and I would not even recommend them to change your child's plastic tire on their hot rods! They are liars, they commit fraud and they do NOT CARE about your safety nor your families safety while out on the road. Please reconsider taking your car to these guys. read more

Having worked on rotary wing aircraft, My knowledge of mechanics is above average. Do a lot myself. But in situations where lifts are needed Tic toc tire is my goto location for vehicle maintenance and repair for simple reasons. 1) they are timely for normal repairs, upgrades or retrofits may require more time. But they understand the difference between needed conveyance and ownership enhancements. They do prioritize accordingly. 2) their shop fees are reasonable. 3) Tire prices are competitive and include road hazard, 4 wheel alignment and taxation. The price they quote is complete. No hidden prices or add-ons. 4) Personal staff. Have been in buisness forever. Reliable and communicate effectively. 5) mostly quality work. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We had my son's car repaired there. We were told the repairs would take two days. We finally were able to get the car back after five days. This place gave us absolutely no communication at all as to why it took longer than they originally told us. When we tried to call we were put on hold with no one ever picking up or no one would ever answer. If we were lucky enough to get someone to answer you would get rude responses. Then we were given multiple prices...given one price when told what initially needed done, then received a call that the car was "ready to be put back together" but the price was different....when my son actually was called to pick up the car the price was again something different. So, brief synopsis they tell you to have your car there at a certain day and time, tell you what they are going to do and give you a price and time frame they will have it done in.....what actually happens you take your vehicle there at said day and time, they will have no contact with you for days, your vehicle will not be done anywhere close to when they claim to have it done and you won't pay anything close to what they originally tell you and BEWARE: if when you first talk with them and they talk about a part on your vehicle incessantly that is not the issue you are needing repaired to begin with....IT WILL MOST DEFINITELY NEED REPAIRED BEFORE IT IS OVER WITH!! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Took my vehicle in to be looked at for break pads (because there was a small noise and I wanted to be safe than sorry) - Tic Toc wanted to charge me $475 for repairs. I took it to a different place for a second opinion (Clark's on 8th) and Clark's took me back to show me that my pads and EVERYTHING was in good shape. Clark's is the place to go. Called and scheduled an appointment for routine maintainence on 4-13-2022, it was supposed to take place on 4-25-2022 at 8AM. Dropped my vehicle off and went to work on local public wifi until complete. After not receiving a call 4 hours later, I dropped by the office to check if maintainence was nearing completion to find that it hadnt changed location in the parking lot. So no service within a four hour time span when I scheduled almost two weeks in advance for a state inspection, oil change, etc., so I left without service. Save yourself some time, go somewhere else to have your vehicle worked on. Customer service (and servicing your vehicle) is clearly not a high priority here. read more

I drove my vehicle in for an oil change. they broke the assembly and tried to charge me an additional 1000, Some dude name Ryan in Huntington, says its not on them that they broke my vehicle. Again I drove it in and am having it towed out, after I told them not to go any further with my vehicle they proceeded to put 2 new tires on it and put the oil filter on with a broken assembly. After failing my car for inspection, they told me everything that needed fixed to pass. Or so I thought. I had everything the listed fixed, but when I brought it back they failed it again for things they hadn't told me about before. I had gone to them for nearly 13 years under the recommendation of my dad. I had given the benefit of the doubt on three incidents, but this current one was way too much to ignore. The 1st incident was a few years back when I went in to have my breaks checked, and as I drove off their parking lot, I had no breaks! I nearly had an accident and understandably I was upset and demanded they fix this immediately. A guy with a smirk on his face simply said "Sorry about that". A second incident I had taken my car in for inspection,and as I drove off the lot, the check oil sign came on. I was charged to locate the problem ( I'm more than sure they caused). A third, while my 2nd care was in their car, the tire cap suddenly disappeared causing the tire to lose air. This fourth incident I took this same care in for inspection, I was told they would fill the tire. After inspection, an unprofessional looking guy, unshaven, overweight wearing a muscle shirt and tattoos said "everything's working fine on that old car". Only for the tire still low, and the check engine light to come on! I let them know about this the very next morning only to be told by Ryan, they can have a look at it, probably cost me around 70.00. These people are dishonest to say the least! I get my tires here, oil changed, and they fixed up the suspension on my Subaru. The customer service is top notch and they don't rake you over the coals like the stealerships. My family and business have been Tic Toc customers for numerous years. To say we are dis-satisfied with our most recent vehicle repair is a tremendous understatement. Through an analysis of actual costs incurred by comparable shops for repair services & charges we have incurred at Tic Toc, we have found Tic Toc Tire charges it's customers substantially more than reasonable amounts for repairs and maintenance. We have decided to discontinue doing business here due to the unreasonable costs for services & advise other individuals & businesses to investigate prior to utilizing Tic Toc for services in the future. read more
