Everyone I dealt with from the manager to the office lady was great. There were no mark ups or issues with scheduling. The defroster lines had to be scraped but I was warned that was a possibility with old tint removal. They finished on time and it looked great. After letting it cure I noticed a small line and stopped by to let them check it out. It was just a residue line that wiped right off. I have brought a few cars to them, over all the work was good, had some issues on the second car with particles in between the glass and tint and when I talked to the lady at the counter, she was not friendly and her treatment was dismissing. That's the reason for just 4 stars. After discussing the issues, I had the sister business Ceramic Garage take care of the issues and do another car for me and that shop has a very different level of customer service and treatment. As far as wanting to do all my future cars at Ceramic Garage because of how happy I was with the whole experience. Sadly if you want just window tint they refer you here. If you get PPF and window tint then Ceramic Garage will take you there. read more

I saw that they carried 3M and decided to give them a try. The lady upfront was extremely nice and answered all of my questions that I had in regards to tinting my Challenger. This was my first car ever and I wanted to tint it so I wouldn't burn from the hot sun! She demonstrated how 3M worked and that it was best suited for what I wanted. They were able to do all of my car except the front windshield within the same day. I even waited in their waiting room for about 1-2 hours(I got the tint done about 4 years ago). They gave me my car back all cleaned up and ready to go. 4 years later and I've had NO bubbling nor cracking. Still looks as if I just got them done. My only regret is I wish I would've gone a bit darker than 20%. When I went back to get the front windshield they gave me the same exceptional customer service that has made me a fan of theirs and a company that I will forever recommend to my friends. read more

The pretty Camaro ended up being lemon law'd... So I was in the market for another car and ended up with a 2017 Audi A4. And as before, I showed back up here for window tint and clear bra. And again, everything turned out perfectly. The very nice people took care of everything, I sat around watching netflix while they did the tint which took roughly about 3 hours which really isn't bad for putting film over all the windows including windshield. The couch is comfy so I didn't mind the wait for perfection... I also pre-paid for the clear bra and made an appointment for after my vacation. so everything worked out. The hood on the new A4 is extremely hard to do because it is very round, But they did a phenomenal job on it. He wasn't 100% sure if the stress marks would go away but I believe they did, Which is why I waited so long to write an updated review. I have recommended them to friends and even had a friend tint his Cadillac ATS as mine was getting clear bra'd. I don't know what he did, But for mine it's 35% all around with 70% on the windshield, They wouldn't do 50% because they said it was too dark which I'm okay with the 70% because it's more about functionality in keeping the interior from getting too hot. 35% I think is the perfect medium... it's not so dark that you can't see out of it at night or too light to not seem tinted. read more

I recently bought a brand new chevy malibu and i took it here to tint the windows. my brother referred me because he as well had bought a new car and took his here. the receptionist is very very nice and informational, she seemed a little flustered but she was super sweet. she was able to settle my sale at a flat rate. it's been about two weeks now with the tint and it looks very nice. there aren't any bubbles or lifting or any issues at all & i have washed my car since and everything is fine. they put a bright green sticker on your window buttons that tell you not to roll the windows down for about 3-5 days. and it's cool because it was a good reminder to not do that. if that wasn't put there i would have probably rolled my windows down instinctively there were bubbles the first day or two because it has to cure but it goes away. and is pretty unnoticeable. it took about exactly 2 hours but i had called and made an appointment the week before. i would definitely try to make an appointment because they seem like a very busy business. lol i got the 5% on the back windows and 20% on the front two. it's dark, you can hardly see through the windows it's very, very sleek overall, i would definitely refer anyone that wants quality tinted windows to come here. read more

After talking to Brenda over the phone, she was able to explain a lot to me about window tiniting, there films, and all the different options. I decided to make the trip out there from tracy. They have a nice little waiting room with Netflix , fridge with water, and ac, so you can hang out while ur vehicle is getting worked on. My truck took about 2 hours for 4 windows plus the back. Originally i was gonna do the lunar for 179$, but after talking to Brenda, I decided to upgrade to the 3m film for 250$. They also have a 10$ off coupon when you check in with yelp. There were no bubbles or imperfections, the film looks amazing and I couldn't be happier. Excellent work! They did a great job installing 3M tint on my VW e-Golf. There is three choices of tint; Llumar -$219, 3M color stable-$279 or 3M crystalline $799 .
