The service tech recognized the issue and shrugged his shoulders as what to do. I took the vehicle to another shop. I was told I have a bad inner tie rod end and the castor and camber are way out of adjustment. The cam adjustment bolts are seized to the point they need to be cut out and upper control arms replaced. This tells me that Fulton County Best One did not even attempt to adjust the castor and camber of my vehicle. I feel like I have been scammed.
