Recommended exterior wash first and then interior cleaning. - $28 for basic interior: windows, carpet-seats-mats, dash-console-door jams - approx 20 minutes while you wait - small clean waiting room with complimentary coffee, tv, 10 seats, bathroom - ATM The BEST part is you can see the cars running thru the wash and there is a squirt gun you can aim at the cars! So fun for the littles...and adults! This is my primary car wash, it's fast & convenient and they did a pretty good job with interior. I did have to soak up some water that pooled on the mats after but that is expected per their little hanging sign. No big deal. They came to my work and allowed me to drop off the car in their care in the morning and then called me when it was complete in the afternoon. Unfortunately, it was rainy this day and even though they had a tent to cover the car while detailing, the rain made it difficult to inspect. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me to bring it back next week with any issues I had and they will do another exterior cleaning. I brought the car back to them at work two weeks later because I had missed them the previous week. I reported a few missed areas on the inside and again, they took the car in the morning and called me up in the afternoon. They walked over the work with me and wanted to know that I was 100% satisfied. The car looks awesome on the inside and outside. The convenience of them coming to my workplace was amazing. I had been dragging my feet on getting my car detailed because I didn't make time on the weekends to drop my car to get detailed. However, when I picked up my car I was shocked to see what a mediocre job was done. I paid $300 for a "Complete" detail and though the outside looked great, the interior had many missed spots. The nooks and crannies of the car were ignored and little effort was made to get into the small (but reachable) crevices. One of the back windows was all smudged, and the glove box was still filthy from the previous owner. I could have saved $300 and did it myself, still getting a better result. When I walked in to pay the entire place smelled like marijuana. After reaching out to Eddie he stated the marijuana smell is left from other cars being cleaned. I also emailed him with pictures and he has ignored me- it's been a week and a half and I still haven't heard a reply. I've uploaded pictures of the back window smudges, glove box dirt/dust, and the gear knob with debris. Don't waste your time or money here!!!
