I always get the $20 Ultimate Level wash. The equipment is up to date and runs well. But the best is the thorough pre-wash that is done by the 2 attendants before going through the tunnel. Hand sprays, soft brushes, wheels and tires scrubbed- excellent. And then the towel dry is great! read more

The guys at Splash Car Wash and Detail Center love what they do, and it shows. I was lucky enough to get a great crew who knew their "stuff", so to speak. I was driving my husband's Ford Raptor (F150) today, and called ahead just to make sure that the vehicle would fit in the car wash. I was assured that all would be fine by the gentleman who I spoke with, and he was right! I folded the mirrors in just to be safe, but the truck fit through safely. I purchased The Works ($18) and it was a fantastic selection and worth every penny. My 2 favorite parts were the beginning when 2 men scrub your vehicle on each side, hitting the tires and the running boards, and the end when your vehicle is meticulously towel-dried by the friendly staff. My husband was more than happy with the final results, as was I. We will be repeat customers..... I'm not giving splash 5 stars because I worked for mr. Porter back in the 90's. It's giving 5 stars because no matter how busy they are they are very consistent with a clean car every time threw. I have yet to be disappointed with water spots or holidays from the wash missing a huge spot. The staff is always hustling. They wash the whole car before it goes threw. The towel dryer takes his time and gets it wiped regardless of the line. They offer all kinds of options for detail services as well. One time I went threw and the owner said please bring it threw again I am not happy with the result. That my friends is old school service. I've paid more at other washes and had to re wash when I got home. Not with SPLASH, one and done, I love this place. Keep up the great work. read more

Not trust worthy at all. Asked for the $15 wash and was charged $25 on my debit card. Two teenagers running the car wash (Dec, 30th) could care less about quality.... the side rollers weren't working, and thank God their 18 second towel dry spared the side of my vehicle from being scratched up. They were more worried about sitting in the office and watching TV than doing their jobs. When I went back and complained they blamed me for not informing them that the rollers weren't working. They did offer me another wash, but I declined. I have a new vehicle and didn't trust them at this point. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. read more

Got the works. Didn't appear to use any kind of soap other than foaming soap?? Never have had foaming soap come out of a car wash. Also, no towel dry, rims are dirty and no tire shine. Why did I spend $18...? Staff was ok so that's why 2 stars not one. SMH read more

I went here today for a basic wash and it was ok.. they do a soap spray at first..not much scrubbing on marks on the car..then you go through the car wash..there is an air dry at the end and a young boy towel dries the car...it takes no more than 8 mins from beginning to end..when I inspected the car, it needed a more detailed scrub..it cost $10.00 with $2.00 tip..maybe I'll go for the deluxe next time to see if there is a major difference. read more

I received a bumper-to-bumper service on my car. I have owned the car for approx 3 years with little interior upkeep + a tornado toddler in it everyday. The service here was excellent. At dropoff, they inquired what, if any, areas I wanted them to focus on AND made me feel very "normal" about the condition of my car. (How often does anyone move the car seat and see what's underneath? gasp! A mess!) When I picked up my car, it was NEW again. They came out and informed me on the steps they took in tough areas and also pointed out the few things in the car that didn't get as perfect as they would have liked. Their expectation bar was much, much higher than mine because everything I saw was perfect and after 3 years of wear, tear, and abuse I never expected my car to look as factory new in the way they restored it. The carpet is spotless, the gray cloth seats are like new, the cup holders free of gunk and goo. They touched on all areas meticulously. I cannot find any spot that they "missed". And everything was dry at pickup. Ah! I just can't say enough about it. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you!! read more

I brought my nearly 7 year old Acura TL here for a bumper to bumper detailing. Aside from the occasional vacuuming and dashboard wipe-down, I had done very little to keep it clean. I was so surprised to see how well they cleaned it. My car looks like new again. The service here was great. When I made the appointment I told them I would drop it off when they opened at 7:30 and really needed to have it ready for 1:30. They were there to accept the key upon my arrival and it was ready when I came back. They had it in the garage next door because a rain shower was passing through. They felt bad that the road was now wet and my newly detailed car was going to be somewhat dirty right away. Even though that certainly wasn't their fault, I was given a coupon for a free exterior wash. I gave this place 5 stars because they surpassed my expectations. read more

My Acura is only about 2 years old but with my long commutes, I do tend to drop a few crumbs and spills which accumulate over time. They do a great job on somedays, but I think the 16 dollar wash isn't worth it my trucks undercarriage barely gets touched and the wax does nothing but when you get the bumper to bumper detail they do a decent job. read more

I've been here for interior details a few times in the past couple years: 1st time: shampoo seats ($45) right after I bought a used car, 2nd time: shampoo for seats and carpet ($70) so I could install seat covers and WeatherTech liners, and 3rd to make up for the 2nd time. My 1st experience was 5 stars: it was a very thorough job and looked spectacularly clean (and smelled it too). They called me 4 hours later when it was dry and showed me the results. They informed me the previous owner smoked in the car, but they shampooed it twice until the wastewater ran clear and the outcome was excellent. I felt like I got a deal and customer service was very friendly. My 2nd time was 1-2 stars. I ended up calling 7 hours later to ask if it was done. I'm not even sure if the carpets got vacuumed b/c there was still dirt on it and there were still spot stains on the upholstery. When I called to politely inquire what happened, I was told the manager was not there, but that he would give me a call when he was in. I never got a call. My theory is the person on staff that day was someone who didn't work out because it was very out of character for this company. Fast forward a few months, still bitter about my 2nd visit, I decided I still wanted to talk to the manager. The 2nd visit must have been a fluke, because turns out the manager, John, takes pride in the quality of work and promised complimentary service when his best staff was on to makeup for the 2nd visit that didn't go so well. So 3rd time was back to 5 stars - everything turned out exactly as expected and Eric through in a full interior detail and removed the mystery stains on the ceiling. At last, again, I am satisfied with Splash's interior detailing and would definitely recommend to my friends and family still in the area. read more
