Their pricing was clearly the best of several bids. The trees were all in tight quarters and had to be roped out. They were particularly careful protecting certain areas with important plants or smaller trees. There was minimal damage and less than would be expected for a job of this size. The salesman and project manager were often on site during the work, but the 6 man crew was more than capable on their own. They had the necessary equipment to move quickly and efficiently. After the log truck came a few days later they came back to clean up the mess. If you have major tree work to do you should get a proposal from Tree Time before you decide. I was charged over $5000 for perfunctory work ( that ultimately was not completed) and then get harassed when honest reviews are left. This company does not respect the Consumer Review Fairness Act and engages in punitive behavior in an effort to curate 'good' reviews.

Franko's team showed up right on time every day. They communicated with us each day and did a wonderful job. We had them build a 6' privacy fence with 3 gates. They also custom built 2 doors for our crawlspaces that match our fence perfectly. We also had them install a new back door that we had a hard time installing ourselves. It took them a while because it was a pain in the a**! But they never complained and installed it perfectly. They even filled in some holes our dogs had dug (with some excess dirt). That is above and beyond!! In addition, they took down 6 tall metal poles that were remnants of an old carport. They even filled in the holes with concrete without us even asking. After a month or so noticed back yard was mow only. So I started making sure we were home when they came. Went out and talked to workers but he claimed he didn't understand English. Next 5 visits averaged 12-14 minutes per visit. Contacted Rodney and sent him pictures of how property was left. Said he would take care of it. He didn't send them back out but waited till next visit (2-weeks) for them to take care of it. Again no trimming bushes and leaves and small branches left in islands and nothing but cut in the back. Text Rodney we no longer needed there service, he text back "understand". Poor management and service (consumers beware)
