Instead of walking away and giving me a refund they just slow played the project, took my money, and ignored all attempts to find a solution. Yes, the company name has changed. No, their advertised physical address is not a real place of business. Yes, you will get very familiar with the Secretary of State website. If you do decide to ignore my advice, make sure you have their business license, contractor license, and a verified mailing address from the start. At least it will save you a few hours a year from now when you start exploring legal options. For the internet record this company was previously known as Jeremiah's Landscape Services, as of August 2023 it is called Southern Landscaping Solutions.

Received 3 PAST DUE invoices the next 3 days... for the $2.50 fee. Then they stopped communicating and stopped servicing my yard. Bad business.

Edges not trimmed, weeds neglected from obvious areas of growth ( along the fence, behind the a/c units) When I tried to point out that I was not pleased and asked him to come back he made excuses, told me he wasn't going to fix it, showed me a flyer of a company that could fix my weeds, and basically let me know I had to deal with the horrible backyard. I paid half the rate since he really only did half the yard.. I told him to remove me from the route and no longer needed his services, his reply is "sounds good to me" Long story short.
