Back in October, I dropped off my Chauvet DJ GigBAR lighting system for a simple power supply repair. What should have been a quick fix turned into five months of nonstop runaround. They kept giving excuses: "ordering the wrong parts," "just found out about this," same BS every single time I called. Zero progress, zero updates unless I chased them down. When I finally had enough and demanded my equipment back along with a refund, the owner himself got on the phone and told me he "doesn't have time to listen to whining and complaints." Real professional. He only refunded the rush fee out of the full upfront payment I made--because apparently he "invested time." Meanwhile, my GigBAR sat there collecting dust for months, unusable for gigs, while I lost bookings and had to scramble with backups. The whole team comes off as incompetent and straight-up rude. No accountability, no communication, no respect for customers' time or money. If you're in San Antonio and need lighting or AV gear repaired, go literally anywhere else.
