I've used this location twice now to fix different camera issues on my iPhones (12 pro max and X). The first time I did have issues with them not staying true to promised timelines by several weeks, but they made it right with a discount and were apologetic. Second time, no issues, timeline was exactly as promised and I was very happy with the completed work. They actually worked with me to expedite the order so I could have it done before an event. My only negative about this business is that I have not had a same day turnaround for my fixes as advertised because they always have to order a part. I understand that's kind of the nature of the business, maybe just how they do inventory, but if you want same day turnaround, my experience is that this is not the place for it. I have been coming here the past 2 years and have gotten my mother's laptop issues handled as well as my phone fixed with excellent service and with a reasonable price each time. I have even had a phone that they worked on and couldn't fix the issue but was satisfied with their effort and knowledgeable explanations of the problem. I received a quote from them 2 months ago before COVID-19 hit and now that things have eased a bit I decided to come back to get my laptop screen fixed. I was greeted by a friendly employee upon entrance. When asked to step forward to the counter from a yellow line near the door I was yelled at by a younger employee to step back from the counter even though I was dropping off my laptop and had been waiting by the door until they called me up. I understood that they want to be strict about social distancing which I am 100% here for but the handling of it was incorrect. I brushed this off because of the times we are in and figured it was out of concern for everyone's safety. I explained to them the quote I had received 2 months prior from them which was lower than Apple's and even demonstrated them the email quote I received from Apple after going to the Genius Bar those 2 months ago. Aiden stepped in and said that there was no way anyone would have told me a lower price from apple's quote and they actually would be charging me a minimum of$300 above Apple's quote. I was completely shocked that they would not honor something they previously told me. Why would I come back to them if they would be charging far more than Apple? The salesman Aiden told me that especially now nobody would do that job for Apple's quote. This lingered with me after leaving the store so I decided to call Apple support straight after leaving and they told me they will still honor their quote and that nothing in regard to that would change when they re-opened. Once I started packing my laptop away, I at least wanted their opinion on what could have been the cause of the issue seeing as they have been very helpful in the past. Aiden shook his head in frustration with me and said " I'm packing up stuff in the back so I can't really answer any questions right now" and walked away and left me with a newer associate that kept apologizing to me about the experience. I really hope this was an off day for Aiden, seeing as he has been helpful in the past and had a completely different attitude in the past but this kind of treatment towards a customer and complete disregard for respectful customer service was simply rude and demeaning. It felt like he didn't have the time of day to serve me. Needless to say, I left feeling not worthy of their time and without a helpful explanation of the issue I'm having with my laptop or why they would charge far more than Apple when they had (and always) quote lower. Even if they would have matched Apple's price I would have much more preferred to give them my business given my previous positive experiences with them and helping a small business. read more

Total lack of professionalism. I was quoted 3 different prices and finally had the price jacked up 50+ bucks after it was likely repaired. Very extortionist like feeling to this business. Chris and Aiden are both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I brought my phone in which had a screen that was unresponsive, but also out of date which to me was pointless to repair. The guys got me squared away and put a temporary screen on the phone to be able to recover some valuable work information that I needed off the phone that was not backed up to the iCloud or onto my personal computer. Chris also helped me get squared away to automatically back up all of my photos and contacts to Google so I never lose that kind of data again. Definitely highly recommended and I'll absolutely use them again in the future. read more

They guarantee their work and will go above and beyond to fix your phone as they know how important it is for any potential emergencies, work requirements and just plain old conversations with family and friends. If I didn't like them I would not have become a repeat customer. The nice thing is when I broke my screen 6 months ago I was out of state and the same company that owns UBreakIFix also owns Batteries+Plus. I had an appointment at noon today to bring in my Pixel phone for a battery replacement. When I arrived, the gentleman informed me that they had a battery in stock, but it's a 1 1/2 years old and stated that batteries that old may not work very well. They could install it anyways and try. To me, that makes no since because I'm replacing a battery that's already that old. But that they could order me a new one for $15 extra. Basically wanted me to pay $15 extra dollars to get a new battery for a service that they usually wouldn't charge you for. Instead of informing Google that your inventory is old and needs updated stock, great job Authorized Service Center. We have 4 kids and have brought more tablets and phones there many times for repair. I'm afraid it's time to look elsewhere for service. read more

Went to get my Xbox fixed and was quoted 5-7 business days. Didn't receive any info until 2 weeks later the first time and was told that they couldn't fix it and had to take it to another location on I 10. They couldn't fix it either and even ended up breaking and stripping multiple screws and damaging the back of the Xbox. Will never go back to them again for anything. Would not recommend them for anything either. read more

My screen was broken, and they took great care of my laptop. It appeared that it was cleaner than when I dropped it off. Great service, it took about a month for the repair, but that was due to the shipping company. uBreakiFix had my laptop ready the day after the screen was shipped, and they kept me posted on its progress. read more

I took my iPhone 6 in because the camera wasn't autofocusing properly. U Break I Fix opened the phone and stated that they replaced the camera but it still wasn't working properly so they reinstalled the original camera. Shortly after that the charging cord wouldn't seat properly and it was difficult to try and get it to charge properly. When I removed it from it's protective case, I discovered that the glass front wasn't securely attached because there was a visible gap. I decided to take it to Apple and they determined that there were parts missing preventing the port from anchoring properly and also that the rails on the phone were bent so that the screws couldn't attach to the display properly. Apple at least was able to fix my phone so that it could be charged but U Break I Fix damaged my phone irreparably. Don't bring your phone here unless you plan on purchasing another phone in the near future. read more
