I don't like to leave a bad review on someone who's trying to make a living, but my service with Quality counts was not .The carpet had dirt areas around the chairs and sofa. I pointed out to Carlos that this was dirt and that I know it will come up and to make sure he gets this area clean. The dirt areas showed up the next day. I had specifically told Carlos that I wanted to make sure this didn't happen. I ended up using Dawn diluted with water and cleaned it myself! I paid for service that was not Quality. Before he came, I called the company to make sure they would be here at 10 o'clock, which was the time Carlos set up with me on the phone, Carlos said , that he would never say 10 o'clock. He would say 10 to 12. I had a at 11:30. I would not have set up an appointment between 10 and 12 for carpet cleaning. Ironically I have a text message from Quality counts saying my appointment was at 10 o'clock. I had explained all of this to prior but it did not matter. He agreed, to come after 12:30. I called their office around three to see if they were still coming. He said, he was still coming but he would call 30 minutes prior. He didn't call prior, but he did come. I hope they will use this information to improve their cleaning service And to be more understanding to their customers. read more

I've been a loyal customer for 5 years now, they always came through for me when others couldn't. Today I called for a cleaning and stressed I was only here for a week, the girl on the line told me she couldn't help me because they don't have anything till next week. God bless them that they are that busy, but I've spoken personally to the owner because of my rave review because of their loyalty to good customers . Dropped off area rug at Quality Counts/Andy's Carpet Cleaning in Bradenton on 6/7/22. On 6/8/22 Mya called. Technician out for 2wks.They will cl after technician looks at it to make sure rug can be be cleaned. They called 6/21/22. Rug can be cleaned and cost will be $80.00 and should be ready by end of wk. Picked up rug 6/24/22 and it looked like it had never been touched. We walked out and did not pay. I got a bill on 7/8/22. I sent an email saying I will not be paying bill and why. 0n 9/2/22 I got a call from a collection agency in Odessa Florida called Capital Accounts. 813-616-6812. (If you Google this # it shows as a scam). Anyway, I paid their damn bill rather than let them ruin my stellar credit.....but I will make sure that anyone I know will never use them....BEWARE!!! read more

If you drop off your rugs to their shop, say "no rush ... take your time," pick them up, and they still don't get cleaned, what kind of review would you leave? I have a large area rug that they picked up and kept for more than a week. The guys that pick up and deliver act like they don't know what they are doing. Brought my very expensive carpet back and didn't want to spend the time to get the wrinkles out. Carpet was not clean and had obvious spots that needed help. I asked him and he said 'oh we spent allot of time going over it and couldn't get it out' .By that time I just wanted them out of my house. When they left I spent 2 hours cleaning the carpet and got all the spots out. I'm not sure they even cleaned it. Ridicules waste of $500.00 read more

After tile was cleaned and sealed on a Tues, the next day when I used a swifter, the swifter pad was filthy. Makes me think either they don't change the water, or job wasn't done properly. Also had carpets cleaned. After showing them where some puppy pee stains were, they are still there. Just didn't seem like quality work as their name implies. Won't be using them again. read more

They do not stand behind their service. I had 2 nice guys comes to clean my area rugs and sofa. When I left them to do the job one completely disappeared and the other one was on his cell phone. When the job was complete he told me everything that was soaking wet would dry in 4 hrs. The 2 carpets are still wet the next day and the sofa did dry in that time frame. I thought they were very unprofessional and did not extract enough water out of my carpets. The area rug still looks dirty too. Sadly I cannot recommend them. read more

I found Quality Counts purely by luck and what a lucky day it was. I had schedule carpeting cleaning for 10am, Tim showed up before 10 which was perfect. Tim was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I had traffic areas cleaned of a very worn carpet cleaned.Tim did an amazing job, I didn't think the carpet could look that good. I also had a white chair that was yellowing, came out nice. I was really pleased with Tims hard work and Quality even gave me a follow up call to see how like their service,. He was on time and explained the job and gave an estimate. The price was reasonable and the job was well done. It took about 2 hrs. for the condo and sofa. I will give these guys 5 stars without a doubt. I have used them multiple times. Several years ago we had to cut through our floors to change our plumbing. I was in Illinois and had to find someone for the contractors who could pull up and put back the carpet. The guys working for Quality Counts were so kind and scheduled our job for the next day! Since that time, we had had them come and clean carpets between renters. They do a wonderful job! They even came to pick up my throw rugs to clean them in their shops. Today Eric cleaned our couch. In assisting my elderly Bradenton parents I contacted Quality Counts Carpet (QCC) to shampoo their 1200 sq ft condo at the Perico Bay Club. My Parents have lived there for 25 years with the same, now very dirty, carpet (ugg). We got a next-day-appointment and the project took about 3-hours. In the end: the carpet was not 'exactly' in new condition, but wonderfully clean, bright and dry enough to walk on in a few hours. The QCC rep. carefully moved everything, was able to get under all the furniture, was very careful in dealing with the many years of 'stuff' an older couple has in their home, and charged a very fair price. I dropped off a carpet for cleaning. The office on the second floor didn't answer the doorbell, so I called. They then answered the door. I left the carpet and returned 3 days later to collect it after they called us. Again they didn't answer the doorbell (either doesn't work or they can't hear it upstairs) so I knocked on the door as well. After standing around 5 minutes, I called and got vm. Not knowing whether they had gone home (supposedly open til 5, now 4:15) and when a few moments more went by, I hammered on a large metal service door that makes a lot of noise. After about a minute the apparent owner exploded out the door, put his face less than 6 inches from mine and explained in no uncertain terms that if I ever hammered on his door again he would beat my face in. Then he told me he wouldn't give me my carpet...come back the next day. I suggested I could the Sheriff, and after him then telling me to have my wife pick it up the next day and me telling him she wouldn't do that, he eventually returned my carpet. He told me never to come back, and I cheerfully agreed. If you do business here, and you decide to drop off your carpet, prepare for a doorbell that either doesn't work or they can't hear (so why have it?), and by all means prepare to wait patiently for however long it takes for them to answer the door. Never hammer on their service door. If you've looked for "exemplary" customer service, you've found it. BTW, the carpet cleaning proved adequate, but nothing to write home about. read more
