Update: I spoke too soon. The carpet has dried and has big splotches of dirt that weren't there before! I am just sick about it, it looks ruined in several rooms. They said they would come tomorrow and fix. I hope they are able to get the carpet just back to where it was before they did this. I will up date on how it goes. Update: They came out and rinsed it right away. I think all looks good. Will give update again when it is dry tomorrow. I was impressed with they way they handled this. Update: They came out right away and rinsed the carpets. But since that has dried, the next day, unfortunately there are still big spots that were not there before they came out the first time. I hope to hear from them soon and see what we can do. Final update: They came out 3 times to make it right! It isn't perfect but much, much better. I really appreciate how they handled this, another company might have acted differently. We got it down to four bad places and they worked very hard to get them clean, used fans to dry as quickly as possible. I'm satisfied that all was done to make this right. Carpet looks pretty good.
