I believe I keep returning there because of the service I receive. They are very knowledgeable even when it comes to older vehicles such as my 1997 Volkswagen Euro van. Who knew? Kudos to the staff! Now I'm waiting on two batteries to come in. I was told that if I got my vehicle up there, they would put the batteries in for me. I'm hoping this is the case as I am disabled and unable to lift anything heavy. I know those batteries are super heavy.

It's stated that the transmission fluid was low but when we checked it that was not the case. The gentleman at AutoZone I wish I could remember his name, was so helpful and he pointed me in the right direction to the right product and told me how to check to see if Indeed it was the transmission. My truck is diesel so I learned a little bit from him the difference between gas powered engines and diesel powered engines. I do know that he was brought in from Florida to help after the hurricane and I was so grateful that they were open. Way to go on a zone! I ended up taking my truck to the Ford dealership it took a while for them to get to it but it was more than what we had spent expected. The gentleman from Florida told me if this didn't work I can always bring it back the fluid that is. Well it's been a couple of months and I've had back surgery since then I'm gonna try and take it back today and see if they'll honor my receipt. I fully expect them to they were awesome!

The van was towed to a tire store in Livingston that inspected the tire and determined it was defective. They replaced it with different brand, (Toyo). I called Bayou Motors the next day and explained what happened. They said my wife must have hit something and they were not responsible. I will never patronize this business again.

Here you go: Subject: Request for Refund Due to Incomplete and Misrepresented Vehicle Repair I am writing regarding the repair performed on my daughter's vehicle on [date], for which I paid $348.85. The vehicle was returned to us with the same issue it was brought in for. Within a day, the condition worsened, including white smoke from the engine. When the vehicle was brought back, we were informed that the head gasket had blown and that this type of repair is not something your shop handles. Additionally, your employee stated that when the vehicle was moved after the repair, it was apparent that something was still wrong, yet this was not disclosed to me at the time of payment. Based on this, I am requesting a full refund of $348.85 due to: - Failure to properly diagnose or repair the issue - Return of the vehicle in an unsafe or worsened condition - Failure to disclose known issues at the time of release Please respond within 7 business days to resolve this matter. If I do not receive a response, I will proceed with filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General's office, and I will consider pursuing this matter in small claims court.
