Including the word "quality" in your business name should send up some red flags. I had these guys work on my car a few years ago. After leaving with what seemed like a sweet tint job, I noticed the windshield strip wasn't sticking to the surface all that well. I went in to have it redone and (this is where it gets interesting) I noticed that the driver corner window had the weather seal cut down to half the size, about an 8in long 5mm thick seal cut out of my brand new vehicle. The worst part is that the passenger side seal was still intact. The owner's response.. "I had two different guys working on either side of your car, it's barely noticeable." So one guy capable of tinting without defacing my car and one apprentice trainee allowed to make mistakes at my expense. The owner remedied the situation after a lengthy debate. He paid for Subaru to replace my window and weather strip, refunded my money, and said to go somewhere else to get the tint completed. I found someone else to tint the new window. The other flaws were not worth the headache or money to redo. Now a few years down the line, every window is coming apart and the owner refuses to remove the tint so I can have it redone somewhere else. He said to find another 3M dealer to take care of it. You can decide for yourself if you want to use this shotty "quality" business for your new car or not. Beverly Hills Tint or Shades will do actual quality work. Or you can offer your car as a learning canvas for inexperienced apprentices. Just because you refunded me my money for your terrible job doesn't mean I should be stuck removing your garbage tint job on my own. We had had SunTek window film installed on our windows several years ago and on a few windows the film was peeling or de-laminating. We were given the number of Quality Custom Window Tinting to call for warranty work from the manufacturer. Could not have been easier! Linda called and set up an appointment to inspect the window film. After inspecting the film, she said it would be at least a week before she heard back from the manufacturer. 4 days later she called to say the manufacturer was going to honor the life-time warranty and scheduled the appointment to replace the film on the windows that had gone bad. Linda and Matt showed up exactly on time, replaced the window film and cleaned the windows inside and out. Best tint place in SWFL by far. I've been to 4 other highly rated locations leaving disappointed every time. My tint is bubble free, no dirt, dust, fingerprints or any type of debris. Their facility is top notch with an a closed garage to keep the tint bays clean for precision works. They do not have swap shop pricing, but for the quality of the work, tint and customer service its underpriced! They work in pairs or more to get you out quickly. Try to call in advance because they are normally very busy, but well worth the wait. I was able to have my car done the same day as calling and they did accept a walk in.
