This happened last week, I went through and came out with this damage on my vehicle. Upon noticing I obviously created a claim with mister car wash. They decided to decline liability on the basis that they are unable to see the damage on the cameras due to the fact that it is so small on the hood. They have admitted the damage wasn't there beforehand but won't take responsibility so I will be taking further action. The manager stated he would be give me the camera footage of driving through the car wash up until I stated I would be taking further action if they didn't take responsibility. They now refuse to share the video and the manager has refused to be of any further help. I understand accidents happen and they were even forthcoming with admitting multiple incidents happened in the same week as mine, yet they still struggle to take responsibility and correct the situation. Be particular with where you choose to wash your vehicle. After sharing my story with a few Facebook groups, it appears as though this is something that they do to hundreds of people all the time and never take responsibility, they obviously don't care about their customers at all. take your money elsewhere.
