I took my daughters Jeep Compass in to see if they could remove a small dent on the hood using the 'no paint' repair method. The repair was completed in roughly 1 hour from drop off to pick up time and the dent could no longer be seen, or felt. No complaints and I will be taking her vehicle back in the next few weeks to have another couple of dings repaired. Now, if I could only find parking spots next to other vehicles where the drivers show a little courtesy in not slamming their car doors into the side of her jeep life would be great. read more

Do not do business with this repair shop. There is no "quality" in how they do business and should not have it in their name. I set up my yelp account just to make sure I can warn others. I have had to send my vehicle back 2 times and still no good. I am in shock that I am being charged over $1200 to repair a minor dent and it still is not done correctly. You can see paint run off amongst several parts where the paint is two different colors amongst other issues. The shop manager from "Quality Dent" refused to fix it the 3rd time and now another business has to do the cleanup damage. My original business was/is with Cardenas Motors in Harlingen and they outsourced to this business. So now my car is going to a different repair shop in Brownsville. Cardenas has acknowledge that the job is half done and have agreed to get it done right. Keep in mind that the damage was very minor and caused while exiting the garage. I have been without my vehicle for 2 weeks now. Cardenas did offer a loaner but thank goodness I'm not in need. One would think it had major damage and hence the two week delay. There is one star in this review only because it is automatically selected but it deserves 0 stars. I am only hopeful that Cardenas Motors Harlingen sticks to their word and makes the situation right. Andy the manager and Frank are handling and I hope it is all settled soon. I can't believe Cardenas Motors Harlingen makes business with these people. This has been a horrible experience and I wish it upon no one. read more
