This autoshop I do mot recommend. My experience was terrible as a result of bodyshop mechanical carelessness. Ruined my drivetside panel veneer and door lock button was working properly upon arrival, bodyshop mechanics lack experience. Company is very good at idenying at fault. In my opinion they work well with insurance and not the customer. This was my impression and don't recommend. Young female front office staff was no help either. read more

An experience that I never want to relive after 84 days I finally received my car back. However, the story doesn't end there as the receipt of my car included overspray, steering wheel that was not aligned, gaps that are not within tolerance of the original vehicle, and missing parts that cannot be seen without a closer investigation. This experience included several supplemental claims with my insurance, issues with timeliness where the rental car wasn't covered, and myself having to do a lot of legwork. Overall, I am not impressed, as I feel that myself and my insurance company was swindled out of a lot of money. Even after the owner Aaron said he would help me with my deductible because of the countless problems, I still had to pay the full amount. I caution anyone who uses this business to tread lightly, and you have been cautioned. read more

They did an amazing job! They didn't rush the process and addressed every mark I inquired about and more. My car was in the shop due to fender bender I wasn't at fault for. They caught spots I had even missed. The owner took care of the car as if it were his own and that I appreciated the most. The facility is so clean and nice size. Multiple cars can fit in there uncrowded as you rest assured your car is being taken care of probably better than if it were in your own hands. read more

They were able to work around my schedule on short notice. They removed a small dent from my vehicle and put on a spray wrap. I had a basic idea of what I wanted, but they were able to make some recommendations that gave my truck a more unique look that I didn't know that I even wanted. So glad I took their advice. They know what they are doing. I loved the communication throughout the process. They asked if I wanted regular updates and I did. So, they sent me daily text messages with progress pictures. Would not recommend this business at all. I had only heard great things about this place before I had actually experienced what I have experienced. I was rear ended at a complete stop by a gmc sierra 1500 going about 45/50mph and was pushed about 2 car lengths forward. Stating for reference of what needed to be done. When I dropped off my vehicle, I let Melissa know exactly what was wrong with it besides the bodywork that needed to be done. The side of impact, my driver and rear passenger door shifted and there is a huge space in between that looks as if my door is open. When I drive my car, my SUV shakes/vibrates/trembles, whatever word you want to use. That was my main concern in getting my vehicle in so soon. Instead of writing it down, which was my first red flag and I should have walked away and gone elsewhere but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, I thought she got it all down. This was my first ever accident. Didn't know what to do or expect so I said okay. So that was my main worry, not my body work. So I call the day the inspector shows up and, Thank God I did because she didn't mention to him about my door or the other issues I mentioned. So she says "omg ma'am I forgot, but he's still here so I'll tell him." So a couple of minutes went by and I called her back to inquire what the "inspector" said and she said "It's wind damage so they won't cover it." I have 5 kids and this is the car I use to take them in to where THEY need to go that fits us all perfectly. They had my SUV for a whole month almost and they did not do a complete tear down and check anything other than bodywork that needed to be done as per Melissa. When I got the call my SUV was ready for pickup, I was excited because finally we are out of a rental. Boy was I wrong. As soon as I drove away, that shaking was still there. I took it on the expressway and it was the same ugly ride. I got off the expressway and went right back. The inspector was there and Melissa was there. I advised of the issue still being there and her and the inspector said to get my wheels balanced and get an alignment. Mind you prior to my accident my SUV was running smoothly. Went on vacation and back and no problems until after our accident. So of course, I just said okay but when I explained to my husband what was going on he said nope take it back. It's not right. So for some reason that evening, Harlingen location did not answer me so I had to call La Féria. La Féria location had me take it that following morning to them and was told the same thing. To rebalance my tires. So here it's been about 2/3months since I picked my suv up and have taken it to Pep Boys 2/3 times for my vehicle to be balanced. Bought brand new rear rotors and brakes and here we are still with the same issue. This last time I went back because it's so frustrating and my suv feels so unsafe, but like I said it's our only family vehicle so I have no choice, they sent me with their tow truck driver so he can see what I am talking about because when they drive it. There's no issues. All i was told again was to rebalance but to go to F street or Mares. I am fed up and exhausted. As a mother of 5, to be given the run around and having to explain to my husband what's going on since he can't take time off of work during the day to deal with these people it's annoying. So do what you want with my advice but as a working family and trying to manage time to deal with problems that should have been resolved while they had my vehicle, it's annoying and overwhelming. Now no one wants to touch nor work on my vehicle because of this business's lack of work. My attorney's office even found it strange they did not use any of the supplemental insurance. read more

I had to take my truck back 3 times due to sloppy workmanship on the roof. and its still not done right, this shop is full of poorly managed, careless, and incompetent employees, the owner tried to tell me "its normal to see defects in the body work" he said "all roof panels come from the factory with waves in the sheet metal" and he said "the defects in the paints clear coat should be tolerated since its just the roof" he said said "only a discerning eye will notice" he told me he thinks I have a grudge, lol, no, I just want my truck fixed right! Im not accepting those ridiculously inaccurate statements because I know thats not even remotely close to being true, and as the owner of a body shop, he should be embarrassed he even said something so dumb, and even more embarrassed that he thought I was stupid enough to fall for any of that nonsense, the 3rd time I dropped it off, they re-did the entire roof, now I have "dry spray" on my roof, and it looks horrible, not only that, they scratched both sides of my truck with the air hose from the buffer they were using on the roof, this guy was actually using my freshly painted roof as a table for the tools and materials he was using! I actually saw it while it was happening since they told me it would be ready at 4pm and when I showed up at 4, they were still working on it, in plain view, someone at this shop also bashed my doors mirror against something and chipped the paint off, the paint chip was still hanging there, so I took pictures of all the damage done to my truck at this shop and sent them to the owner via text message, without hesitation, he replied, "that was already there" suuuuure it was... , again, as the owner of a body shop and someone who you'd assume should know better, he should be embarrassed by that statement, this place is horrible and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, especially for the price I paid, I paid for something called "battery disconnect" but when I get there my stereo's setting were played with and it was in USB mode, meaning someone actually thought it would be cool to bring their own USB to listen to their music in my truck! another frivolous charge on the estimate was "cover car" they were supposed to wrap my truck while it was being worked on so it wouldn't get full of body filler dust, well that obviously didn't happen either since my dash, vents, window switches, pretty much any nooks and crannies that couldn't be reached with a cloth were full of dust, I have paint over spray on my brand new windshield that was installed during the roof repairs, I had dirty foot prints on each of my 4 door sill plates, carpet, and brand new custom built subwoofer box under the rear seat, it was beautifully wrapped in leather and now its torn on the corner from them stepping all over it to reach the roof, INCOMPETENCE AT ITS FINEST! avoid this place like the plague! read more
