MOUNTAINEER 4X4 UNLIMITED WILL BREAK YOU STUFF!!! Well after one hell of a November, I have finally got some good news. As you know, I have had issues with getting my Jeep fixed. Well after thinking WRONGLY that Dutch Miller was trying to rip me off by saying stuff is wrong and wasn't because I didn't check 2nd opinion. I did my apology video, and I still stand by that apology. Now to the issue that came after that. I did the video because Mountaineer 4X4 Unlimited told me that Dutch Miller was right and that all the things that they listed needed to be replaced. I was told the same price but the value was not in the labor to be done but the parts themselves. I decided to go ahead and have time do the job since I was already there. After I had got the Jeep back, I noticed that it didn't drive the way it used too. As a matter of fact, it drove worse, and I mean like dangerously so. Even Donna noticed as a passenger that I was fighting to keep the Jeep on the road. So I had my mom take the Jeep back to Mountaineer 4X4 Unlimited to have them check it out. They took it out twice for 5 minutes and didn't even bother taking it on the interstate. They then told mom that this is how a Jeep typically drives. Knowing this was not the case because I knew how it was supposed to drive, I took the Jeep back to them to do it again. They gave the same report. Now I am pissed by this time, and I decided to take it back to Dutch Miller. Now here is the punchline. Dutch Miller looks at my Jeep and says the following "Not all the parts that were listed on their previous bill were replaced and the stuff that was worked on was done wrong." I told them to do what they needed to do and fix everything and document everything. What is the good news? Mountaineer 4X4 Unlimited is going to refund all of the money that I paid them. I am happy that I am going to get my money, but I have to say that this is the biggest roller coaster ride of anger and relief that been on in my life. Dutch Miller went from villain to savior. What a story huh!? Me on the other hand, still going to pay out the ass to get my Jeep completely fixed. Yay! read more

Made an appointment to get my windows in my car tinted. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very nice. Everyone was friendly when I brought my car in. I had my kids with me and someone offered to turn cartoons on the TV for us. Work took a little over an hour. Nicely done, looks great, and reasonably priced. I recommend them! read more

We had our truck lifted there 9 years ago and are just now replacing the shocks.Have never had any problems with the lift.They do great work and were very helpful helping us decide how many inches to lift. read more

I stopped by to get a vehicle inspection for my husbands truck (they can do modified inspections here) and had never been here before so it was hard for me to find. I parked near the shop and saw a bunch of guys standing around right inside the door, as I approached them they saw me, heard me say "hello" then turned their backs to me....odd....so I then walked around the building and went into the parts store hoping there would be someone inside that could help me. There were two employees sitting inside who didn't look up from their conversation when I entered, then a man yelled at me across from the store telling me to move my truck because it was in his way (one of the guys that ignored me in the shop) I walk out there and my truck wasn't in anyone's way....and they were still standing around talking so I just gave up on manners and yelled over to them if they do inspections....they told me the wait was 1.5 hour....I don't know wtf the problem was, apparently I was breaking up some real good conversation of theirs.
