We really liked the selection of granite and flooring that they had. Scheduled a time for someone to come out and measure for the granite countertops and flooring for a 2200ish square foot area house. Was given a window of two hours when the person would be at the house. My wife and I both took off work to be at the house for the measurements. The person failed to show up or call. I called and spoke to someone at the office and eventually one of the owners called me back. He apologized for the worker for not showing up on time and then hung up on me. Later the same owner of the company texted my wife and said that he was not interested in doing business with customers who expected the job to be done correctly. Wow!!!! It is my recommendation to stay away from this company at all cost. I wish I would have seen the other negative reviews of this company before hiring them. I hired them to install wood flooring, carpet, granite countertops, tile flooring, and shower tiling. First off, their estimator overestimated almost everything including old flooring removal, new materials, and new installation. Unfortunately, new materials were already ordered before I realized this, and Quality Flooring would not refund any of the materials. When I addressed the overestimation with John, the owner of Quality Flooring, he admitted in a text that it "Seems like somehow Scott (the estimator) messed up everything on this job." After the owner admitted this it made me call into question every other aspect of their work. The lack of "quality" did not stop with the over estimation. Tile was improperly installed in my laundry room (tile spacing was not uniform as installer did not properly use the tile spacers), the tile grout color was wrong (even after I verified with the owner the correct color), and there was an error with the carpet order that forced me to use a different shade. To top it all off the sink cutouts in the granite countertops were wrong and the owner tried to tell me that was normal. The granite installers cracked the granite when they tried to fix it and had to replace it. This added an additional day to the installation. All of these errors in materials and installation were admitted by the owner. After all of this the owner told me that he was quitting in the middle of the job due to what he called nit-picking. I do not believe that verifying the work being performed is correct after the owner admits that almost everything on this job was messed up is nit-picking. So, I was left having to find a new contractor to finish my project. They might have the best price, but in my experience the lack of "quality" work and the headache of having to make sure they are not overcharging you is not worth it. read more

They should change their name to Low Quality Flooring. Laziness and incompetence at every level of the operation from the people working in the showroom to the guys who do the estimates, to the installers to the owner. A simple carpeting and flooring job in a totally empty condo that should have taken at most two days dragged on for 4 months. People would just leave the job, not show up and just forget to come back. Then they don't return phone calls or follow up for weeks at a time. But this is pretty much what you get in what is one of the laziest cities in America in my experience. read more

I have had the best experience with this company. Best price in town! I had been on the hunt for months (for our new build)......i walked in and got the best service. The girl that helped me was so awesome and sweet. They had the perfect floors and the most affordable price out of alllllll the store i went to. Not only did it take 2-3 days to get the floors in but they also held the floors for me for weeks bc there was a delay with the power in the house. But never the less they have been great! We have multiple project coming up and here is where I'll be purchasing all of my floors and backsplash! read more

After seeing other reviews I'm glad it worked out the way it did. The wife of the owner gave us an estimate of 2 weeks on delivery. The owner, after we had paid, changed it to 4-6 weeks. Avoid this business. Out the time we already waited. Never again. read more

I have to admit the sales staff are fairly helpful and the selection is ok BUT they didn't bother to tell me that I had to have all of my bedroom furniture removed from my bedroom in order for them to put down new carpet When I shopped for carpet before at Lowes or elsewhere the installers took down my bed and moved my dresser I am a single woman and live alone. I would have to hire someone to move my things and then move them back if they didn't do so. I paid in full in advance for my carpet that I purposely chose from in stock carpet and was told there was a 2 week turnaround at that point. A month later I still had not gotten a call for install Finally 2 months later I get an installation call and set a time Still no reference to having to have furniture moved. The install guys get there and tell me they won't install that day because my furniture is still in place but they would come back tomorrow if I had it moved Later that day the store calls and said they would not be installing the following day and the installer would have to call me for an appointment to reschedule another time. 2 weeks later I still do not have an appointment so I call and ask , same answer. A week later I finally call and ask for a refund because it is apparent the installer isn't interested in doing the job. I need granite for my house as well and was intending on using them to buy it but I will be looking elsewhere now read more

I Bought flooring from Quality Flooring from a sample and chose it. Never did they tell me it was a special order. It came in the next morning from Memphis!!. I decided to return it a week later and they charged a 25% restocking fee because now they say it was a special order plus $50 for transport. Cost me $900 to return it Buyer Beware. read more
