The spring on my garage door broke, and since Quality Garage Door is right in my town, I called them. Lex answered my call and when I spoke to him, I was impressed by his advice. Although they were busy, he sent me one of his service guys. Steven, was the most courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, young man that you could find. Very refreshing to talk with him. He explained everything step by step,about the problem, the cost, and what it would take to repair my door. My husband and I were very impressed. First, Joseph came out and was quick to identify our broken spring. We had other minor issues that he was willing to resolve instantly but we asked for just the quote and to schedule service the following week. There was absolutely no pressure and even excitement to come back out to see our Rottweiler puppy. We scheduled the following week for the service and had Kendall come out. Apparently our puppy was a hit and he was equally excited to come out to help us resolve our repairs. Both were extremely professional, personable and just all around great guys. Needed a broken torsion spring replaced (lasted 30 years!) on a residential 16 x 7 garage door. Received expedient same-day service from Logan who drove up to Titusville all the way from Grant-Valkaria. Even though he drove all that way, he was willing to discuss just a DIY parts-only sale with me. Considering the 90-degree-plus heat of the day and my rookie status, I more wisely elected to have him do the work. He was very competent, confident, skilled, and efficient; answered all my questions; and volunteered preventive maintenance tips...a very professional and personable technician. Excellent service provided by Ra'Shwade Myers at Quality Garage Doors - he installed a new garage door lift mechanism for us. When Ra'Shwade asked if we needed the new lift mechanism connected to a opener button on the wall, my husband said no and then realized the error of his ways (after speaking to me and after Ra'Shwade had already finished and left).
