Just disappointed and frustrated. The glass material itself is cheap. What they call printing is awful and can barely be seen. They egregiously overcharge for shipping (I know the costs are up thanks to current political decisions) but they are up-charging the shipping by at least 50%. I looked at the cost for a USPS ground shipment from where they are to where I am and the top end of that range was 50% less than what these people charged. I know they are a small business, which is why I ultimately decided to buy the glass with the inflated shipping. But the glass sucks. I wouldnt order from this place. read more

Super disappointed in this company. I ordered 30 engraved wine glasses and the quality of the engraving is terrible. I understand that mistakes happen. I was hoping that they would work with me to make it right. I reached out to the company 3 times by email, once using the form on their website, and once by phone over an 8 day period. I ordered a custom engraved martini glass. paid extra fee for an emailed proof which was never received. received a high ball glass - obviously the wrong product. asked the company to either refund my money or send the correct product, neither of which was done. they claim to have emailed me an advisory re: their inability to engrave the artwork provided on a martini glass. when they did not hear back from me (as I did not receive such an email from them) they cited their "policy" of being able to substitute product for an "unavailable" one. Hello.....the martini glass was not "unavailable". I would have gladly sent alternative artwork, however the company refused to acknowledge any responsibility whatsoever. Will never order from Quality Glass Engraving again. Their engraving is substandard. I have reached out to them with pictures and have not heard from them regarding a solution. Their customer service is non existent. You would think a company would want to know the inferior product that they are producing and at least try to remedy unhappy customers. I ordered an engraved large vase for a company presentation. I ordered over three weeks in advance and gave my need by date. I was told by Alicia the date would be placed on the order sheet. A couple days prior to the deadline I asked if it would be met. I was told "let me ask." On my deadline date, I received "your order has shipped (1-3 days)." I reached out again, reminding them of my requested delivery date and that needed I would need it overnight (I had given a extra day to account for shipping delays). I received a call back that the UPS office was next door and they were able to change it to overnight and I would receive by 6 pm the next day. Well....I didn't. I did not receive it in time for my work presentation which put me in a very awkward and embarrassing situation. The vase when received had a scratch under the name of the recipient. (Additionally the quality of the logos was poor, although the proof looked great.) I reached out and was told to send a picture. I received a reply "I will review your pictures with my graphics team." Two days later, here's the response "Under the terms and conditions, it states there maybe slight variations and tiny imperfections due to the nature of the manufacture and engraving of glassware. The Terms & Conditions are located at the bottom of our website." I paid almost $200!!! I can't present this item to someone with a scratch under the name! Initial customer service was great and the proof which I paid for was high quality. Unfortunately, that quality didn't transfer to the final product. I have reached out to customer service by telephone. Nick was very nice; however, a week later I still have received a response. I called back and was put on hold then disconnected. I called again and reached voice mail. This company's customer service is unbelievably disrespectful. I guess as an online company they get away with it. Please save yourself money and irritation. I have never seen such cheap and worthless glassware in my life. This company sells junk and when you talk to them about it. They simply say, these are "slight variations" and to be expected with the cheap glassware they source from somewhere else. Beware! and stay clear of this place. read more

The quality was good - but the service was horrible. - I should have read reviews first. I tried for three weeks to get an answer to emails and phone call, but they never returned my message. When a "contact us" form was filled out on line - the person on the other end just scolded me for not checking the Spam box. Unbelievable - this person should be retrained on handling customers. There are a lot of other companies out there. Most appreciate their customers. When product arrived, only half came. The website said "set" of 2 tumblers - when I inquired, the answer was "the website is wrong, we'll fix it." I have contacted my Attornety General and the FTC about the deceptive business practices, and false advertising. They received their formal notification on Friday and have 10 days to respond. If they do, I'll update my review. After all things happen - it's how you deal with them that counts. read more

Worst customer service. The quality of my glass was terrible. I requested a refund. It took weeks to hear back. Once I finally heard back they offered to send a new glass which I did not want since this was supposed to be a birthday gift and by this point that birthday had come and gone. The quality of the replacement glass was also terrible. I sent 3 follow up emails requesting a refund and never received a response. What kind of customer service just never responds?? I just wasted $60 and hours of time. PS: YES, $60 for just one wine glass with a tiny engraving. read more

Ordered 120 20oz mugs and the only thing worse than the engraving being off center is that they send 96 of the right mug and 24 of the wrong mug. Chris in customer service told me in so many words "tough $hit, you get what you get... it's in our service contract that we can substitute whatever we want." I never signed a service contract, don't waste your time, dog$hit company!!! read more

Really well done. I ordered 300 wine glasses for a large company event with several other items and the engraving was spot on. Very, very disappointed at all levels. Ordered 6 beer mugs, and paid $7.50 to receive a proof. Imagine my surprise when the mugs arrived and I had not received a proof. They were not what we wanted. I have called and left voice mails, spoke to Nick - the 'manager' - who basically told me 'there is nothing we can do'. I've sent numerous emails, but I'm pretty sure they are just deleted. Lots of customer service issues, based on reviews I'm now reading. Don't waste your money - you will not receive any resolution. read more

LATE DELIVERY! I ordered engraved glasses in plenty of time for our social gathering, but since the ordering process didn't designate an expected delivery date, I called to see if I needed to adjust my chosen delivery method/speed. I also had listed the date I needed them by in the special instructions when I ordered. Chris assured me that they would be there before the event. I then called a few days before the event because I hadn't heard anything and the website still didn't list an expected delivery date. Chris assured me that he would use 2-day shipping and that they would be there on time. I had to change the delivery location to our venue site, since now they weren't scheduled to arrive until the morning of the event. THEY DIDN'T! Chris sent me a late morning email the day of my event to let me know that they'd be late. So instead we had to drink wine and beer out of plastic cups. It just doesn't matter how nice the glasses were since they weren't there on time for our team members to use. I didn't hear anything further from Chris. This is some of the worst service I've ever received. I'll never order from Quality Glass Engraving again! read more

Very impressed! I ordered 4 custom glasses to celebrate the 10th anniversary of a fishing trip with friends. After sending them some artwork to use, they came up with several great suggestions and didn't even charges me for the changes. They look great! I will use them again. John D. read more
