When I placed the order, I brought with me a sleeve so that they could measure it to get the correct size. Received the sleeves and went to install them by first cutting them down to the correct height. That was when I realized that they were too narrow to fit the chandelier. Went back to store to return them and they would not refund me for the sleeve that was cut. i explained that I was returning the sleeves because they didn't fit, not because I changed my mind. Tammy made an error in measuring the sleeve I brought to her when I first placed the order, and I paid the price for it. The sleeves are not expensive and it is not the money I am upset about. I'm upset because I was treated poorly for a mistake she made. The reason I went to lighting company in the first place was to get help from the so-called experts. Unfortunately, I did not receive expert assistance. instead I was swindled by a fast talker and a ruler she doesn't know how to use.

A tree unexpectedly took down my power line on a Saturday and pulled the entire power meter and pole off my house. Since it was a weekend my usual electrician wasn't available and he recommended Volt Doctors. Their 24 hr dispatcher immediately answered and they had an electrician on site within two hours on a Saturday evening. Erik, helped get my generator running and hooked up, and an hour after that I had an estimate and repair plan in hand. On Sunday and Monday Summer was in frequent contact with updates and by Monday afternoon the repair was complete and good as new!
