The front desk worker (Matt) responded swiftly & even relayed the information to the head of house keeping "AH" (April I believe was her name). Most hotels that serve breakfast is mediocre at best because the food is barely even warm and the eggs taste like powdered eggs. This hotel had real eggs and they were good. The room was very nice and everything was so clean. The lobby was very welcoming. When we travel we will look for a Holiday Inn Express to stay at from now on.

For what you are getting, the price of this hotel is expensive compared to what you can get in a city, that is much nicer. Hotels in this area are limited so I guess this is the reason, they can charge whatever they want. The inside appeared to be clean but after further inspection, the tub had mildew/mold that was blackish in color on it. The shower was too small for even someone not tall. The paint on the walls, appeared to be painted over what was there previously without fixing the old part. The room had nice furniture inside and it was nice that the room had a refrigerator that had lots of space and microwave. No one notified us when we arrived that there was no housecleaning unless it was requested. When checking in, you had to use a phone on the outside of the office to get someone to assist you with anything. It's nice that this hotel is located close to Bob Evans as you could easily walk there to get a meal. Our stay here, served its purpose which was to provide a place to sleep though it wasn't the most comfortable experience and we probably will not stay here again if in the area.

They have plans to make repairs which will require closing the pool. The front desk staff were constantly mopping the floor at the entrance. The Inn was clean and looked as if recently painted. Breakfast was nice and rather than providing eggs, potatoes, etc, they provided individual wrapped breakfast sandwiches what were easily warmed up in the microwave. I am all for this as it wastes less food. Juice, coffee, and other items were also available. My room was good, only some minor issues but it's hard to find rooms that don't anymore. The important items were fine which is a clean room and a clean and comfortable bed. The rate was reasonable and the Inn is close to the interstate. There are also a few restaurants close as is a Walmart store. The parking lot was well lit and appeared safe. I had no concerns during my stay.
