There were no bugs or hairs in either of the two beds. Also, the pool was the cleanest hotel pool I have ever swam in. Some of the measures in place include: First, only one family/party allowed in the pool at a time. Secondly, To-go breakfast options with coffee. Thirdly, good sanitation measures are in place. Fourthly, in the lobby, there are social distancing stickers on the ground. Finally, plexiglass is installed at the front desk while employees wear face masks. For the one night we were here, it served the purpose well. The hotel was comfortable, the facilities were great, and the place was extremely clean. If I were passing through the area again, I would stay here again with no hesitations.

The amount of bites that caused pain, itching, and swelling was unbelievable and disgusting! We reached out to both Hilton corporate and to the hotel franchise owner and received zero response after sending them both emails with pictures and making multiple phone calls. We are Hilton Honors Gold members and due to the lack of response, care and compassion regarding this matter, we will no longer give Hilton our business. Do not patronize this business/hotel. It is not an upstanding, clean business. Take your business elsewhere where they actually care about their customers.

He had slowly been getting bites while staying there and when he sent me a photo yesterday I did some research and told him it appeared to be bed bugs. He tore apart the bed and sure enough found them. They refused to heat treat his clothing that was near the bed. I called to speak to the manager and she was unprofessional and demeaning towards me. She insisted it was my husbands fault for not letting them clean the room. He has stated they did in fact clean the room. We are not the first bed bug complaint, even though the manager on the phone said we were.
