While this is an older hotel it's well maintained and is comfortable to stay at. We LOVE that it is pet friendly and the staff is so incredible. They have always been kind and so helpful from the front desk to the owner. I just want to say this hotel was amazing, everything from Their staff to their rooms. I was traveling with my 4 children and I called to make a reservation and I was worried I would have to get 2 rooms to fit all of us. They had a room available With 3 queen beds. I was so relieved that they actually had a room with 3 beds and they were very accommodating of my 2 pets. While my stay I also had my mother's ashes with me in the hotel room since I didn't want to leave her in the car. I unfortunately left her ashes in the hotel room after I checked out I didn't realize it until front desk called me letting me know the housekeeper had found my mom's ashes. I was already unfortunately too far out to turn around and go back because I was having really bad car issues. I thought I could return the next day but my car kept going out on me. Finally I called front desk asking if there was anyway they could mail my mom to me. The front desk was so understanding of the situation and me made feel so much better. They mailed my mom and made sure to wrap her really neatly and really secure. I am so grateful that they were able to do that for me and she arrived in amazing condition. I wish I would have gotten the employees names that helped me. But I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart! You have no idea how much you helped me and lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. read more

We stopped here on the way back from BBNP and we were pleasantly surprised. This was the mid price range choice for this little town. $90 for a king bed. The rooms were clean, very spacious, beds and pillows were comfy and had a good TV selection. read more

Comfortable & quiet confines that are tucked away in an already sleepy town of Ozona. As good karma allowed, I stayed in the exact same room that I did on my first visit in early 2017. Same results of clean & good-sized room, so-so breakfast, and friendly customer service. There aren't too many venues in Ozona, other than the Hampton Inn, TravelLodge, and motel down the street from the Quality Inn. Not too many restaurants around this venue unless you want to drive a few miles up north I-10. One huge benefit of this property is that of the Tesla electric car charging stations, which may be the only one of its kind in all of Ozona. Altogether, this Quality Inn is a strong viable option for the traveler if heading either into The Valley or San Antonio from driving a long stretch of lonely road from cities such as El Paso, Las Cruces & Lordsburg, or even Albuquerque. Rates here are reasonable most of the time unless an Ozona event is happening (and they do, particularly in the summer). read more

The front desk clerk at night is just rude. There is never ever a place in customer service to be impolite to anyone. Especially in your businesses customer service. 90% of your customers are regular people living life with good intentions. Only 10% of customers have poor intentions. When service like this is discovered. It is because the ownership and management has created a negative exclusive environment. Businesses like this obviously rely on convenience and low hanging fruit. These businesses will stay mediocre and low budget because they jump over a dollar to make a dime. Based on the reviews, we were skeptical of staying here, but it was 1:30am and we needed to sleep before arriving to San Antonio. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and the check in was quick. We were shocked to see the room was recently remodeled with laminate flooring and big comfy, CLEAN beds!!! everything about our stay was ideal, including the free breakfast and coffee in the morning. Don't be fool by negative reviews, this place deserves a chance. p.s. We were traveling with two small dogs. Pets are allowed for a $15.00/night fee/pet. We stayed in room 110 right next to the laundry facility. The dog park was clean of poop with doggy waste bags available. read more

If you're looking for a nice, clean, safe, and convenient place to stop for the night, this is it. The employees were extremely friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was the best part! They have a variety of items from yogurt to biscuits and gravy! The breakfast area was also extremely clean (thank you, Lupe!). This motel also has five or six Tesla charging stations, which I thought was the coolest thing! Lastly, they have a "business area" where anyone can have access to a computer and printer. I mistakenly left my laptop at home and had a deadline that needed to be submitted before I made it home. The "business area" saved me! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this motel! We stayed here on July 3rd 2019. We arrived late around 11:30 PM. Check in although a bit impersonal for safety of clerk was quick and easy. The buildings you know were older just by architecture. Talk about a solid quality renovation. This place had it done very well. Everything was like new. The room even had crown molding. We were very pleased with the overall accommodations. Breakfast was simple but good. Eggs, sausage, cereal, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and more. A very comfortable and clean area to dine was available. Staff was young but very professional and polite. I noticed a door closer was leaking oil on floor. Stated it to clerk and he jumped on it immediately. Safety first seemed to be on his mind. I thank you Quality In for changing my reservation when my company change our timing through your area. read more

Perfect hotel to stop at while on the road. Looks newly renovated. The king size bed has a couch in the room as well. Very clean and they allow pets. I had to find a place that allowed my dog to stay and it was only $15. Definitely recommend if you're looking to get a restful night sleep. read more

Nastiest, dirtiest place ever. Dead cockroaches all over the floor. TV didn't work. We called for maintenance and he walked us through resetting the TV. We reset it three times and it never worked. Food on the breakfast buffet was rotten. Milk and half and half were curdled and fruit had been probably sitting out for months. I went to the front desk in the morning to let her know and she was extremely rude and defensive and made excuses and and denied all of it, despite me showing her the pictures. She said she "deep cleans" every two weeks and someone stays in the rooms every night (lies.) Also we're apparently watching our every move on camera, as she was telling us everything we were doing. Boredom? Maybe if y'all spent as much time spying on your customers as you did cleaning you wouldn't have cockroaches all over your floor. She gave me a whopping 10% discount (I guess that was for the floor space the cockroaches took up?) This place was very expensive and rude for being such a trash hole. Do yourself a favor and spend the same amount and go over to the holiday inn which is 100 times cleaner and the staff is more polite. read more

This place is amazing. They offer military discount, pet rooms ($15 fee), and free breakfast. The pet rooms (we've had two within the past year) are much better than most hotels I've ever stayed in. Dark colored hard floors, plenty of space, mini fridge and microwave, wall mounted flat screen tv with Dish TV, and when we have any issues they are so fast to fix or remedy the issue and apologetic about the entire thing. Also, THE COFFE MAKER IS CLEAN! No grounds at all hanging around and mucking up your fresh cup of coffee. Another thing that you may be interested in: they have Tesla charging spots. About 3-4 spots for you Tesla drivers! There's also a pool that looks very inviting though we've never been in it and a nice size dining room where they not only do breakfast in the morning 6-9 but they have tea and maybe coffee in the evening. I must say that I've spent about the same amount for the same amenities and gotten just the worst rooms with the oldest and mustiest carpets. This is a little paradise on a long road trip along i10! read more

I really wasn't expecting much, a motel right by the freeway, but it's very well run place. Quick check in and our room was terrific: Immaculately clean, well provisioned, excellent air conditioning, dark and quiet room and comfortable bed. Couldn't have been happier. Even the shower drain was terrific, sometimes motels have slow drain and you end up standing in water, not here. Sadly, because of the time change with daylight savings time, we slept thru breakfast so I cannot rate it. Highly recommend this gem. read more

My husband and I stopped here on our way from Florida. Got in at 4am. The guy behind the counter was really nice and helpful. He got us a room in less than 10 min. There was ample parking for large vehicles behind the building (10 foot Uhaul towing my car) The room was REALLY clean and comfortable. We had a pet with us and they only charged $15 for her. Customer service was outstanding. The lady at the front desk Mojini was very nice. Breakfast consisted of sausage, eggs, fruit, coffee and it was all delicious! The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. I will definitely return here. Plus you can't beat the price. The costumer service deserves a 2* rating. I called yesterday to reserve a room for my wife, her mom, my 2 kids and 2 dogs. I reserved the room in my name and my wife's name for check in and gave them my credit card number. My wife showed up today and, surprise surprise there's no reservation. I double checked everything and when I was sure it's the right place I called, mind you my wife is standing at the front counter. Phone rings 9 times when someone answers and puts me on hold immediately. I figured she's dealing with my wife. I call my wife back and the lady at the front desk has been on her personal phone for the last 5 minutes. I can tell by her voice in the background that it's not the person I talked to yesterday so there are at least 2 employees working the front desk that are incompetent. One took all my info, including credit card without even booking my room and the other one dealt with my wife all while talking on her cell phone the entire time. Luckily they were only passing through and won't be stopping there again because the service I received yesterday and the way the front desk employee handled their mixup today was less than subpar. Get it together before you lose more out of town business. read more
