Night of 3/16/2026 We found multiple massive silverfish in the bed. As well as other signs of water damage in our room. We asked for a refund and were rudely told if it wasn't a bed bug there wasn't anything they can do. ANY INFESTATION OF ANY KIND SHOULD NOT BE OKAY. She said that even if it was ants or spiders she wouldn't refund someone. I will be having to charge back with my bank and I will be contacting the general manager. Below is pictured one that we saw. Quality Inn near Zions national Park is a budget hotel. For what you are paying it was a fine place to stay. I didn't have any issues. I'll I needed was a hot shower and a bed to sleep in. The mattress really needed to be rotated. The free breakfast was basically waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, and bagels. There wasn't a lot much more options than that. read more

Located about 30mins outside Zion National Park, we opted for the Quality Inn for the reasonable price, clean looking spacious rooms, and promise of a continental hot breakfast to load up before long hikes. Our reasons were def. validated during our stay. The drive wasn't bad. There were ample eateries & alternative hikes along the way. The rooms were as clean & spacious as promoted; with soft bedding, helpful amenities (microwave, fridge, wifi, coffee maker), and friendly staff ready to restock & supply any needs. The breakfast was quite yummy w.a variety of choices between make your own waffle, egg paties, sausage, cereals, breads, oatmeal, & fruit. We enjoyed our big hot breakfasts & were also able to take some fruit for future snacking. We enjoyed soaking our feet in the hottub post hiking, but were too cold to try the pool out. Would def. recommend staying here when hiking Zion & other nearby trails. For the price, can't beat the amenities! Only reason I give less stars is because the Bryce Canyon Quality Inn breakfast&rooms were a bit better. read more

We arrived around 11am, went to the swimming pool, on Monday August 19, 2024 around 12pm. While we were in the pool the employee working the front desk entered our room and stole 8- 100 dollar bills out of my wife's purse, left the 200 dollars in 20'sThey didn't get away with it cause we told them we'd call the police. They then knew I wasn't leaving without my money cause I knew he had it. We were the only ones there. They planted the money back in the room, first $300, then when I told him it was $800, he acted surprised and found the money folded up behind the refrigerator. Glad we got it back but he wanted to wait till the next day to let the manager know when he was the manager. If we would have waited, we would have never gotten that money back. the room is extremely small and when we turned on the air a putrid smell came from the ac/heater and there was a bunch of black stuff on the bed aswell as a stench on the bed and the light in the bathroom didn't even work and was doodoo stains inside the toilet so they don't even clean read more

Stayed here on a Tuesday night in the middle of April on the way to Zion. The hotel is about 25 miles away from the west entrance of the park and the town of Springdale. The room was clean and comfortable, however, the bed was very hard. Amenities include microwave, refrigerator, free Wi-Fi, coffee maker, pool, hot tub and free breakfast. We did not try the breakfast. Overall a good stay and a good rate, about $80 with tax. read more

If you want quality don't stay here- Made the unfortunate mistake of booking an express deal with Priceline and ended up with this hotel- DO NOT stay here; walking in the hotel is dingy and dirty, there was garbage on the stairs leading up to the rooms and the carpets and floors are dirty. We were asked for our credit card but weren't told what for (anywhere else I've stayed this information is freely given when asking for the card); when I asked I was told incidentals but needed to continue to inquire as to what charges or holds would be on my card (again information that is usually provided when asking for the card). The hallways leading to the room were covered in unknown substances and splatters (see photos). Upon arriving to the room I did my usual check of pillows/bedding/furniture for any signs of bugs/uncleanliness. The bathroom was relatively clean, a few stray hairs, the shower head had significant build up on it. The pillows were stained yellow (appeared to be drool/sweat stains) and there were no pillow protectors only a thin pillow case (see below). There was a blood stain on one comforter and the other comforter in the room looked very dingy with dirty corners, and there were several other stains/marks on the comforter. We asked to see another room, the second room had an odd smell (mold? Smoke?) to it and also had 3/4 pillows that were yellow and stained. The shower in this room and the tub looked a little dirty (see photos). I didn't feel comfortable staying there so informed the front desk attendant we would be leaving and wanted to check out. He told us there was nothing we needed to do for checkout but if we wanted a refund to call the managaer at 9 AM the next day. I called choice hotels to report the conditions of the hotel and was informed that we were still checked in at the hotel; despite having left and telling the man at the front desk we weren't staying there and were checking out. I called the hotel and spoke to someone different that we had interacted with at the hotel previously and was told he couldn't check me out. I asked why and he said only the Manager can check us out. I asked if the manager was there or worked 24/7 if no one else has the authority to check people out and he said no. I have NEVER in my life been to a hotel/motel/inn where ONLY the manager can check you out. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and condescending as though these are normal hotel business practices. The reviews that state the staff are friendly and the facilities are clean are either plants or have extremely low standards. While I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel given the price, I was expecting basic cleanliness and normal hotel practices to be observed. We returned in the morning to speak to the manager and he told us he would look at the room before determining if he would give us a refund. He looked at the room and our pictures and said that he didn't think anything was wrong with the room and that our expectations were to high. We explained that our expectations were to have a clean room that didn't smell. He cited that they showed us a second room and when we told him that room smelled and was also not clean and he refused to check that room with us and just told us he would not accept our request for a refund. We asked him under what circumstances he would provide a refund and he would not answer and told us again that our expectations for a hotel were too high and that the yellow stains on the pillows and stains on the comforter were acceptable. Will be reporting this hotel to the BBB and to department of health. read more

Rooms were very clean, the staff was wonderful, breakfast was good and the pool was wonderful. The only negative thing I can say is that I almost didn't stay here because of all the previous reviews. Doesn't look like much on the outside, but the rooms are super spacious, very clean, and way comfortable. Even the breakfast was decent. The staff were also great, but SANTHAN was the absolute BEST!!! He was always smiling and incredibly helpful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the distance to Zion. BUT the drive IS beautiful, so it really isn't a bad thing. Also, the bbq place and River Rock coffee are 100% worth it. read more

Clean, Quiet, affordable hotel only 20 minutes away from Zion. The lobby smelled funny but it won't affect you if you're not there all day. The swimming pool was in an awkward spot in the parking lot, it's nice and clean but I didn't stay in it too long because of its location. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast, I'd recommend that they add some bagels & cream cheese. The sausage was the best part. The beds were comfortable and it was also very quiet the entire duration of my stay. Definitely would recommend if you're looking for a cheap place to stay since you won't really be there anyway, mostly to sleep. Utah is way too beautiful to be stuck in your hotel room. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place already looked dirty to begin with. No on was at reception and we had to wait a very long time for someone to show up. There were stains on the sheets and the bathroom smelled like pee. When went to ask for a room change the guy at reception confirmed that the room wasn't even cleaned before we got there!!!! How is that even acceptable. Then when his manager came he was EXTREMELY rude and said that the smell in the bathroom was cleaning products and said if we didn't like it we should just leave because he wasn't going to keep changing us from room to room. He even had the nerve to say that we just go from place to place checking to see that the room is adequately, like if that's a bad thing. We stayed here for 4 nights in April 2021. Clean, comfortable, affordable hotel for exploring the nearby National parks (we went to Zion and Bryce). Room had nice views of mountain range behind the hotel. Manager and employees were friendly and accommodating. We found the microwaveable breakfast burritos to be a nice addition to the typical hotel continental breakfast. We also enjoyed soaking in the hot tub and taking a dip in the pool after a long day of hiking. Would stay here again if we're ever back in the area. read more

Really nice people running this hotel! They knew I had a young child, and without asking, they set up a crib when we arrived! It was really gracious of them! It was quiet when we visited, and we spent 2 nights. The breakfast was fine for us at this hotel (waffles, sausage, wheat and white bread, English muffins, assorted pastries, milk for cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, etc.). The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. A major plus was the laundry on site! They have soap to sell and you have to pay in quarters (or ask them to make change). A must when traveling with kids. This hotel has an amazing city-tour program experience. You really get to experience the rest of Hurricane, Utah when you drive around the city looking for a safe parking lot to sleep in your car after getting kicked out of your room by a heartless employee. My fingers are half frozen as I type this from my cold car in the parking lot of a hotel we paid for because he decided 6 people can't sleep in a 4 person room in an otherwise vacant hotel. There is no "Quality" in this Inn. I am giving it two stars because for the 15 minutes I was there, it was warmer than this fucking car. read more

DO NOT STAY HERE unless you've stayed in jail for a while and didn't mind the stay. When we went to bed we pulled back the sheets we saw hair all over between the sheets, and who knows what else was there that we couldn't see? Dander? Semen? Lube? Sexual secretions? When we called the front desk the "bellman" brought us a stack of linens and said, "Sorry. Here." and handed us the linens for us to replace. Thanks asshole! And all the doors in the hallway sound like prison cells being opened and slammed shut. The locking mechanisms sound as if they were bought from Penitentiary supply. People start getting up SUPER EARLY to get on the road to see Zion and the surrounding sites and it's crazy how noisy the constant opening and shutting of the doors becomes. Stay somewhere else. If I could give this place zero stars I would. When I first walked in no one was at the front desk and I waited there for awhile. Finally got my room key but the room had a funny smell especially the bathroom and my the bed sheets were dirty. So I asked for another room. Unfortunately Kay the manager was very rude about it and said I can't keep switching guests room to room. And he also asked if I do this everywhere go. He also said that the bathroom did not have a weird smell that it was just their cleaning products which was definitely not the case. Definitely don't recommend staying there. My husband and I stayed here 5/15 - 5/18 for our Zion National Park trip. Check in was easy. The front desk lady was friendly. Our room was clean. No bed bugs, no stains, or odd odors. Room is very spacious. Bed was comfortable. Room had a queen bed, couch, desk, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, and a fridge. Appreciated that there were outlets on the side of lamp close to the bed. Our bathroom was clean. Again, no odd odors or unusual stains. The pressure in the shower was perfect for us. Plenty of clean towels. Free Wi Fi. Complementary breakfast. They have sausages, scrambled egg patties, muffins, yogurt, apples, oranges, and waffles you make on your own. The drive from here to Zion was about 30 mins give or take. The price to stay here is affordable compare to other hotels. Check out was easy. No issues. We had a pleasant stay. I would recommend to stay here and we would defiantly stay here again :) read more

Great stay here last week. Hotel was clean and quiet; staff was friendly. Made use of the pool and hot tub in the afternoon/evening, wasn't busy at all. Breakfast offered in the mornings was decent (eggs, sausage, pastries, toast, cereal, fruit, etc) and nice they had both regular and decaf coffee. Room wasn't fancy but had a mini fridge, small microwave, and a coffee maker. Note there is no elevator - make sure to ask for a room on the ground floor if you have mobility issues. Tried to book at another hotel, however they were booked. In desperation, we tried Quality Inn. WOW! were we surprised. Very nice room, and the booking agent who helped us was the owners son Krish. Pleasant, helpful and funny. Later we met with the owner, Dad who was just as helpful and pleasant. What a find. We are so pleased that we signed up for the Choice frequent user program. We just came from Las Vegas and The Grand Canyon Lodge. In comparison this experience outshines both, and at about half the price. We got here late at night, just for a one night stop on a road trip. The pool and hot tub were closed for the season, with yellow caution tape all over it. We checked in just fine and the reception staff were nice and friendly but when we got to our room and the door was open so we tried closing it to make sure that it locked in the first place... and the key card wouldn't work and we took it back down to the front desk and they gave us new cards and then THOSE didn't work either... we continued this pattern for a total of 4 times only to get into the room and have it smell like the bathroom was freshly used.... it was a fine place to stay for one night and had hot breakfast in the morning and was close enough to "downtown." But I don't think I will be returning. read more

I stayed here for 2 nights. Booked through Priceline, which gave me the pay later option. Stayed Friday and Saturday night. I did call the hotel one night before to let them know I would arrive later on Friday so they won't give my room away. Customer service (a lady) was very nice. Have me a room on the second floor, away from a tour bus full of families. Have me all the details as to wifi, breakfast and pool info. The rooms were clean. The mattress seemed new. The room had a microwave, fridge, hair dryer. The AC works so well, cooled the room in minutes. Pretty good stay for the price. Zion National park is about 30 min from this hotel. Gas stations, a few fast foods and theater are close by here. We just used the room to shower and sleep. I would definitely stay here again. read more

I would have given 4 stars but the sofa seat had a huge stain on it and the window wouldn't open. The customer service is great though and hey are very responsive. There isn't an elevator so if you have special needs make sure you stay on the first floor. It's about a 30 min ride from Zion. read more

For some reason when we booked through Sams Club, the hotel name was Comfort Inn, but it's Quality Inn. The hotel is older, but let me tell you, it is so clean! I'm super picky about my hotel bedsheets and bathrooms/showers. Everything was spotless and smelled good. They do a really good job at maintaining the place. I hope they always continue doing such a good job, because it's such a convenient and inexpensive hotel to stay when visiting Zion. The drive to Zion is about 30 min. I love this hotel! This is the best hotel in Hurricane. The beds are superb, comfortable mattress, soft sheets and fluffy comforter. Really nice breakfast that included sausage, eggs (hard boiled and scrambled), waffles, toast, oranges, apples, coffee, orange and apple juice, pastries and i think cereal. The manager and receptionist are super nice and professional. This hotel is about 35 minutes from Zion in Springdale. This is such a awesome deal that it is worth the drive. We spent 3 nights at the Quality Inn. We tried to get a 4th night but they were booked. The next hotel , that shall go nameless, was quite a step down from the quality of the "Quality Inn" and it was the same price. I think we paid $69 plus tax per night. Would highly recommend the "Quality Inn " in hurricane. Would definitely stay there again. read more

Clean rooms comfortable beds, good working ac, and a surprisingly great free breakfast spread in the morning. The people are very nice and helpful. Safe area. It really is quality for your money considering the price is a lot cheaper than anywhere else in the area. Minor complaints, the refrigerator in the room had a slight knocking sound that woke me up several times throughout the night. The water in the tub dripped after you turned it off. And behind the door where policies are posted, there was a small brown bug dead and trapped inside the plastic right at eye level. No bugs to be seen anywhere else in the room, so I would not say it was because of "dirty" rooms, they actually were quite clean otherwise. I'd stay again for only $75/ per night! read more

Fantastic hotel for the price!!! I only paid $54 for a Sunday night, on Easter! Clean, came with toiletries, direct tv, electrical outlet on bedside lamp, remodeled to the expected level, very nice staff, pool and spa, and free hot breakfast! It was the best complimentary breakfast I've ever had, by far! They had fresh waffles, hard boiled and scrambled eggs, sausage, bakery items, juices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, English muffins, toast, cereal, and oatmeal. I would definitely stay here again. I'm still surprised by the price, and I could have cancelled it up to the day before! I wish I could have gotten all of this for the rest of my vacation!
