Great hotel! We had a 3 night stay while visiting St.George and the Zion hot springs. We had our senior dog, so they put us in an excellent location near the door where the dog relief area is. The room was super clean and cozy. Bathroom was very nice but the water pressure is lacking in the shower. The free breakfast was very convenient and they have snacks and drinks to purchase in the lobby. All of the staff was very friendly! I just realized I didn't take a single picture! read more

Fist time staying here and wow it was very nice. Especially the customer service. Jacque was amazingly very compassionate and considerate in my situation. She took in consideration all my needs and car problems I had reaching this place. Long story short thank you. Free breakfast every morning starting 6:00am lots to choose from. This place is better than the pics. From the time you pull up you feel like this is a 5 star spot. Staff was friendly, free snack and water as you arrive and great amenities. This is not a five star hotel but I gave it five stars because we had such a wonderful experience at this best Western! When we first walked up to check in, there was one gal at the front desk helping another couple so we waited for a few minutes. She was such a pleasant young woman and welcomed us with enthusiasm and professionalism! After we checked in, she gave us a couple bottles of water and then pulled up a basket of treats and told us to take what we wanted. The room was quiet, clean and nicely appointed. The shower had body wash, shampoo and conditioner attached to the wall and little bottles of body lotion on the counter. This hotel also offered free charging for EV's and plenty of free parking. The next morning we got up to try the breakfast and while most hotel breakfasts are continental or not really anything to write about, this offered one of the best breakfasts we had (besides one at a 5- star hotel) They offered some of the usual like yogurt, cereal, muffins, but then there was a station with chafing dishes of hot food: sausage, scrambled eggs, homestyle potatoes, and a waffle bar for making Belgian waffles in 2 1/2 minutes; fill the batter cup the pour it into the waffle maker, turn it upside down and you have a delicious waffle! But what really impressed me was that just outside was a gentleman who was making omelettes to order!! Tell me, when does that happen at a highway hotel? Not too often! The omelette was cooked perfectly, it was very busy because of spring break so there were a lot of people, but the gentleman outside took the order and then he brought it inside and delivered it right to the table. The place was exceptionally clean! There was plenty of seating for everyone and then you could also sit outside by the pool. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and if you're ever in the St. George Utah area, I would definitely recommend this hotel! read more

My wife is very particular (read highly critical) about our hotel rooms. Anything less than a comfortable, spotless room is unacceptable. She was so happy when we arrived here to find that these rooms fully met all her expectations. St. George, UT in July is hot, very hot! Our room was cool, comfortable and clean. They were also reasonably priced. The staff are amazingly helpful and do their very best to accommodate all guest requests. The amenities (pool, hot tub, and exercise room) were nice and it is close to stores and restaurants for every need that arises. This looks like a lovely place to stay; I'm absolutely sure it is! Unfortunately, we never had the pleasure, though, because apparently "pet friendly," by Best Western Plus Settlers Point's definition, excludes cats, so I had to cancel our booking. I guess they don't think cats are pets? To say that it was inconvenient and annoying to have to find another hotel in this area is an understatement. Unless they allow pets to bring hamsters, guinea pigs, goldfish and parakeets, I'd strongly suggest they change their wording to "dog friendly." Otherwise, it's misleading and possibly not legal to claim they're pet friendly. read more

So happy here. All at front desk, breakfast & housekeeping were extremely friendly and accommodating. The pool and hot tub (huge) were a hit -- clean and great temps. Breakfast was okay -- a decent selection but some variety over the course of several days would have been nice. Rooms and all facilities were clean, water pressure good, beds comfortable and restaurants very close by. Stayed here while visiting the area. Unfortunately came during a busy rain weekend. We weren't really able to enjoy the hot tub for very long due to the rain and lightning, but we were able to use it for a short time. The water temp was perfect. The pool was nice. The gym was good for a quick workout. The breakfast has a good selection and tasted great. They offer fresh fruit, cereal, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, brownies, doughnuts, pancakes and chocolate pancakes, sausage links and patties, juice, coffee, flavored water, smoothies, and you can make your own waffles. The staff are so friendly. We unfortunately broke down on the highway an hour outside of St George when my vacuum system on my brakes went out. Our overall stay was great. They allow dogs and they have rollaway beds for a small fee. We would definitely stay here again! read more

Ok.. I'll say it. Never been a big fan of Best Westerns. Don't know why; perhaps the rustic vibe. Settlers Point blew me out of the water. First, location. So convenient! We were able to get to everything we came here to do and never 'searched' for the hotel. Second, the room. Wonderful. So clean, new and comfortable. It made for a lovely stay. Lastly, and the piece de resistance, breakfast. I have never had such a sumptuous breakfast outside a restaurant!! Eggs, bacon, sausage. Made to order omelets!!! ( quite the chef, Tiernan ) Plus berry smoothies and frappes were offered. The staff were wonderful and so attentive. (Remember to tip well!!) Hopefully this is their MO and not just a flash in the pan. We are definitely putting this on our must stay list. I encourage you to do the same. I was nervous about having to stay at a Best Western. Especially in a small place like this. With that being said, this is probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in. It's not fancy but the TV works, the WiFi works, you get breakfast, the rooms are nice, there is an indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, etc. The best part about this place is the friendly staff and when I say friendly, I mean they treat you like family. The staff members pretty much became my friends while I was there. I have never seen such a friendly staff. They are caring, professional, helpful, kind and funny. Issues: 1) small laundry room with machines that don't always work, but the staff understand the issues and do their best to help you. 2) the pillows are awful. Another friend staying in the hotel also mentioned that all the pillows gave him neck and back issues. I had to throw the pillows on the floor to sleep. 3) Intenet doesn't allow you to hook up a video gaming console. I had to use my hotspot. Wish they allowed their routers to be open to video gaming but it is what it is. Overall if I ever come back to this area, I will be staying at this hotel for a fact. Unbelievable staff. This hotel is our favorite place to stay in this area. The moment you enter, you are welcomed with the most relaxing scent. Manager Jordan and his team live out the value of friendly and accommodating guest experience. They provide great selection of breakfast. On certain days, they offer custom order crepes, smoothies, omelettes, etc. Hotel is new, clean, with friendly staff. The gym offered two treadmills, two stationary bikes one of which was a peloton, free weights and a rack of medicine balls. They have my highest recommendation. Great customer service. She checked me in right away and got me in my room quick. I am definitely impressed with the room. I am a trucker and have stayed in a lot of hotels. Trust me when I say you can not beat this price for the room you get. The room was very spacious and clean. Comfortable big king size bed with more pillow then I can use. I slept like a baby. The room is even nicely decorated with the lights hanging from the wall. The bathroom is also impressive! They have a big walk in shower that makes me really happy. Lots of towels also. They have a bunch of complimentary soaps, small bottle of shampoo and conditioner for you to use. Even have stuff for those who uses make up. What got to me the most was the nice touch of water and chocolates on the counter waiting for you when you walk in. Never been to a hotel that give you chocolate before. THEY HAVE A FULL BLOWN BREAKFEST!! In this time, a year after this pandemic. FINALLY, a hotel who actually have a real breakfast. I have been in hotels who does not offer breakfast and still charge you the full price. They have someone at the counter cooking breakfast for you. The food consist of pancakes, beacon, sausages, orange juice and a bunch more that I didn't eat. The man at the counter pack me up a to go breakfast of my picking because I had to get on the road. He handed me a blue muffin and told me that he hope I liked it because it took him 2 hours to prepare and cook the muffins. Honestly it the thoughts that counts. I almost forgot. They have TRUCK PARKING. Big wide gravel area that fit my 80ft oversize load. This hotel is awesome in every way possible. Definitely coming back !! read more

We booked a suite online, arrived exhausted in the middle of the night, only to have our room changed/downgraded due to our 4lb dog (which honestly we probably could have snuck in, but we aren't those people). The room change, meant we didn't have enough beds for our 4 kids + 2 adults. The room smelled of dog pee as soon as we walked in. The kids complained their actual bed smelled worse. It appeared clean, but a room that stinks doesn't ever really feel clean. For parents, the bathroom door didn't have a handle on the inside making it tough for the kids to get in and out on their own. *Due to no inside handle, there's also no way to lock the door. If you have multiple kids, that's basically a necessity!* We tried to get breakfast at 8:45am, most of which was either not out or already eaten? Basically a bust. Wife and I traveling with 10 y.o. daugher; Check-in was amazing with very friendly and pleasant staff. They warmly welcomed us and gave us bottles of water and trail mix. They also were very helpful in giving us suggestions of places to eat. Loved the outdoor hot tub with beautiful views. The room was amazing! Big t.v., lots of outlets, very clean, very efficient a/c and a great bathroom with excellent water pressure. One of the best included hotel breakfasts that I've ever had. It included a gourmet coffee machine that made a variety of espresso drinks and hot cocoa. Lots of hot food options, including a worker making to order omelets. Approximately 45 minutes from Zion National Park. We enjoyed the stay so much we returned for a second night after visiting Zion. read more

Honestly was hesitant to stay at a best western since they are not usually know for being "high end" rooms. But my family was pleasantly surprised by how well kept this place is. Granted it is a new hotel but the beds are clean and comfortable and the rooms are well styled and furnished. I definitely didn't expect the amazing selection of shows offered through the tv. Absolutely wonderful. We loved having an indoor pool considering it was 115 and during a heat wave. The breakfast in the morning was what you would expect from a continental breakfast. Dry cereal, yogurt, fruit, toast, eggs (a little dry), pancakes (a little stale too), waffles and toast. Most of the staff was young but very kind. The manager was very personable and you could tell he takes pride in is hotel and takes care of the people that stay there. We will definitely be returning when we visit again soon. read more

We chose this location based on our travel plans and we were very happy we did! The service is friendly, the rooms are clean and well maintained and the breakfast has something for everyone. If I am ever in this location again, I will definitely plan to stay her again. There is an indoor pool, and outdoor smaller pool and a beautiful view of the Utah mountains (depending on your room). The room was large, beautifully furnished, very clean, quiet and convenient. Bedding and towels were very nice quality. We were traveling with our dogs and stayed in a pet friendly room. The hotel provided food and water bowls and dog treats which were a big hit with our pups and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was outstanding with a great variety of selections and staff was courteous, friendly and very helpful. The hotel was conveniently located of the I15 freeway, had plenty of parking, and had a beautiful view of the surrounding hills from the breakfast area. WORST PLACE I'VE EVER STAYED!!! I was supposed to be staying here for a couple weeks due to a flash flood that hit my house, and last night at one of their staff harassed me for hours in the middle of the night, insisting that because I LOOKED young I was kicking on peoples doors. He came to my room waking me up multiple times telling me he was going to call the cops on me when I had done absolutely nothing. He caused me so much anxiety I couldn't even get back to sleep. The next morning the manager rudely told me they are kicking me out because they have "witnesses" (but no cameras) of me kicking these doors in the middle of the night. This is the most insane thing that's ever happened to me. I spent all my money on this hotel and now I have nowhere to go. Please take your family's else where. read more

As soon as I pulled off the I-15 I knew I made the right choice. The best western is a beacon of comfort and humanity in the arid and somewhat inhospitable landscape of the Utah wilderness(no offense meant, Utah is one of my favorite places in this entire world) I was immediately greeted by Jordan Perry,the general manager (What a gentlemen.) I don't know what they are paying him, but it is not enough! He immediately put me at ease, and had many recommendations for food, as well as entertainment in the immediate area. I really wanted to like this place. It's only about 6 months old, everything looks great, and the check-in process was pleasant. But then my 77 year old mother tried to open the door to the room. The doors are set to close themselves with such force that she got knocked down and almost got slammed in the doorway. If I wasn't there, she wouldn't have been able to get into the room. I informed staff and simply got a "sorry" as a response. Later, when I wanted to go to sleep, I could hear other people laughing and talking in their room so I stayed up a while until they stopped. Then I turned off the lights, and noticed the fire alarm that blinks a bright green light every five seconds right over the beds! I got a little sleep here and there, but I was awakened at 7am by all the construction work that is going on in the lot behind the hotel (which appears to have just begun - a huge project is underway). I mentioned these issues as I checked out, and again got the same "sorry" response and then was promptly handed my receipt for my stay. I would stay away from this place for a few years until they get these problems worked out. read more
