This place is a scam or close to it. They are very disorganized, and do not communicate effectively…read moreabout what they are going to do or when they are going to do it. They don't adhere to contracts and are perfectly comfortable breaking the law and attempting to do unpermitted electrical work. If at any point you decide you no longer wish to have them go through with work, they will berate you and refused to refund any of the attempt of money (also they insist on upfront payment in full), claiming expenses while refusing to itemize or give any indication of what those expenses are. Highly HIGHLY recommend that everyone avoid these people at all cost.

He declined to work with us on resolving these matters and instead said his sister is a lawyer and he's "not obligated" to make this right. We ended up in small claims (where he also no showed). Have to say we were impressed. Husband responded to the email saying we would like to work with Apex. At this point on the first day Apex was a 10 star in our book. After that nothing!!! It's been over a month and NOTHING!! Husband called several times and no return calls. Hummmm?? Okay hopefully for Apex they got really busy with windows, gutters, roofs, whatever. But no time for a call? Sounded like owner had workers and believe me the windows in this house could be done by grown men in less than half a day. Not a bad way to earn $250. Just my opinion. So here we are 1st of June and no window washer. My experience with window washer is that they are not dependable. Apex is certainly not. I am approaching 80 years old and once again having to clean them myself. Lucky for me I can still do myself and I do enjoy the pace that I can set but it really would have been great to have them done.
