I've waited to do this because I had to calm down. I was having problems with my bathtub draining…read moreproperly and had already had it snaked out once, but when it seemed to clog again, I called NP. Two guys came over, spent a total of 15 minutes, used a power plunger & the drain cleared. Then they SAID they were going to reattach the overflow pipe before they left. They did not! They stick some useless black plastic thing in there and left. I ended up fixing the overflow myself! And for the 15 minutes, the use of a power plunger and NOT reattaching my overflow pipe, I was charged over $300.00. I won't call them again and I certainly won't recommend them to any of my friends or family.
