Sterlyn didn't want payment until afterwards to make sure that I was satisfied with his job after it was completed. We can't thank him enough for clearing away the construction debris and other items that were in my garage for over 10 years. It's great to do business with a local company that I actually talked with on the phone after my initial call to their 800 number. He left the area completely clear and free of all debris. I highly recommend Junk King Rochester. I will use them again for all of my junk removal needs.

Similar experience with others about no-shows for appointments. I made an appointment from 11 AM-1…read morePM for today, and so we organized our morning schedule around this time range. Waited until 12:50 PM and checked through the Yelp conversation. They didn't seem to understand what's going on and was going to "call their team". They then replied with a number I need to call to set up another appointment. I'm so confused and frustrated by their process, as it leaves customers hanging in the air. So I just decided to go elsewhere. If I make an appointment for a two-house window, I assume they would come within that window. Otherwise, what's the point of making an appointment?
