The final straw was that their weed eating damaged my siding. When I called to ask what they were going to do to fix it they never called back. I complained to the BBB; the companies response was that the damage was there prior to me starting with their company. I have pictures to prove that it was not. They clearly do not take responsibility for their actions and provide a subpar product.
