I can't speak for others who hired Venator to do other types of work which may be totally different…read morethan the work I required. I hired Venator to install a 4" channel drain that was to replace an original 28 year old 1" drain that was no longer adequate to collect heavy rains and move it away from my patio. While Venator's proposal seemed to be promising to provide a much needed improvement, the end results were a big disappointment. A concrete opening had to be cut in order to receive the new Spee-D Channel drain along a 25' section of my concrete patio, but they cut the opening too small. They proceeded to trim the Spee-D Channel on the bottom to make it fit into the undersized opening, which compromised the integrity of the plastic channel and wasted time focusing on the retrofitting process. All they had to do was to cut an additional 2-3" strip from the concrete and the drain would have dropped into place as the instructions suggested. After numerous attempts to inform the owner, who refused to visit the site to inspect the work, he insisted the job was being done by "Industry Standards". His main communication was via Text. I kept him informed of the shoddy workmanship with the hopes he would come by to see for himself. That was not on his agenda, even after expressing my dissatisfaction with the job as it was proceeding. I was not given a dedicated day for the work to be done. It seemed like my job was fitted in after the workers finished on a previous job. The two workers showed up at 6pm on day one and worked until 8:30pm. Not being able to finish, they had to return the next day at 3pm and worked until 8pm. The two worked hard doing their job but it seemed like this was an exploration, not a familiar experience for them. The left photo is what the installation should look like if done correctly and the right photo is what was installed, after having to cut the bottom flange on the channel drain to force it into the opening in the ground. Unfortunately, you never know what results you will get from a vendor until the job is completed. I am sorry I hired Venator for this job and I do not recommend him for this type of work.

A costly mistake, not just for this job, but for the tens, if not hundreds of thousands in future work that could have followed. They say 80% of success is simply showing up. Unfortunately, showing up to look at a project means little if you disappear when it's time to follow through. It's hard to succeed at anything in life when you only give 20%.

I was recommended Walker's by a friend and gave Steve a call. I had a quote the same day and the trees were removed within a couple of days (weather wasn't permitting). Great service and skill. One of the trees removed was less than 10 feet from my back door. Two of the others were 25'-40' tall, with limbs hanging over my house and near power lines. I kept the mulch, and the team was kind enough to help spread them over my dirt driveway so that I won't be spinning in mud. Steve helped me work within budget which was also of great help since this was an unexpected but necessary maintenance to my property. I've got great peace of mind heading into the rainy and stormy season that is Georgia in Spring. I highly recommend Walker's and should I need to do additional grading or gravel (next upgrade for the driveway later on), I'll be giving them a call. Thank you again guys!

I moved from an 8 acre farm house in Taylorsville towards the end of last year. I was paying him $235 to do all these things and more there. But he just quoted me $55 for my yard here in Carter Grove. I think that's a great deal, especially when I can just ask him to come every other week, when the grass isn't growing real fast. If you hire him, you will not be disappointed.

My card was charged without my approval and now i have to pay a late fee because it locked my account. As a small business owner i never charge my clients cards without approval. I don't like that and unfortunately i will be finding a new lawn care company. Sucks because i am going to end up having to just do it my self. In the future your accounting person needs to verify with the customer the charge. Especially when i didn't even give you the card number to charge. I am not even going to go down that rabbit just like that i had to update it again. Brian is rude and unprofessional and should not own or deal with customers. I will post the texts in just a few mins but let me get back to running my small business that generates 3.5 million a year with 30 full time employees and a customer base for over 15 years that is over 13,000 +. As of April 2025... no service and no refund. Be careful and if you have to deal with him, be prepared for rudeness and lack of reliability.
